Great self service car wash. Was clean and presentable. Only part of the wash cycle options that wasn't great was the air dryer.

I frequently use this location but tonight I am out $10 from two different bays.The first one had no pressure. So I moved and the next one had no water at all. I won't be back unless I'm refunded. I looked everywhere for a phone number but was unsuccessful. I managed to rinse my car in the first bay but it didn't get it clean.I changed my review from three stars to five stars because I was able to get a refund. I appreciate it.

Lost my keys in an uncovered drain a few weeks back. Have made multiple efforts to try and get in touch with someone about retrieving them. Had to pay 300 dollars for new keys to my car and considering the bay I was in is the only one without a drain screen on it. I think it reasonable that I shouldn't be paying for this. At the end of the day I frustrated I lost a set of apartment keys, mailroom keys, garage keys, and can't get anyone's attention to the situation. If you think something is wrong with your bay and that you're gonna get help think again, don't go here.
