First and Worst experience. I opened a student account for checking/savings. After speaking to a banker they sent me a link to sign up online (easy enough) because I called on a Saturday and new accounts can only be made by appointment? I went through the online process and got to the point to transfer external funds into my account. I had a daily maximum ($5000) of how much funds I can transfer INTO my PNC account ( strange). I verified my external account, then I ran into issues where I could no longer get logged into the online banking App and website, to the point where their help desk couldn't even get me logged in. I had to go into the branch to do a second form of fund verification (annoying) and the funds transferred(yay). The manager of the bank called me that day and said that they couldn't verify funds and I still am revoked from my from my online account because the investigator couldn't match up SOFI bank to the listed transfer name of Bankcorp in the external transfer even though account numbers matched up. So I asked them to terminate my account because I can't even use online banking and this has been two weeks of issues. She said I don't have to do anything to terminate the account but now my money is sitting in a bank account I don't have online access to AND I am supposed to believe that this account will just terminate and send funds back to where it came from when the external funds transferred through already?? I would recommend going anywhere else- don't offer online sign up if you have to come in to the branch to verify do a second verification anyway. Super frustrating experience!!

I had fraud on my debit card. Came in, they cancelled my card and issued a new one in site Ram was my banker who helped me out. He was fast, courteous and to the point. I couldn't ask for a better resolution. I've been here numerous times before for deposits, cashier checks, etc. Always a great experience and atmosphere. I've been banking with PNC for 20 years and am new to the area. This is by far the best bank and team I've ever experienced.

Yes I have went to PNC in Mooresville to open up account with them with a large amount of money and they were rude didn't want to help me any kind of way me and my wife they was trying to make it so difficult that I couldn't open the account with them was trying to charge a large percentage just to cash the check since we could not open the account with them and the check was from they bank so that was the experience I had with them was very bad

Good Luck getting a appointment . They never answer the phone. Calling their corp offices does no good also. So if you need money out of your 401 k forget it. Mooresville NC used to be great before Covid. Going to move banks if they ever open.

I applied for a credit card at PNC and received three different calls from the Customer Service relations agent Jessica. She has always been helpful at the branch but this level of service and checking in with me earned her a well deserved Google review. Thanks for the friendliness which is always nice but more importantly she knows what she’s doing.

If you want a great personal experience at a big, local bank, this branch is great! Ramuel Cabanero is very warm and friendly, the staff is experienced, and they get you in and out quickly - very much unlike most big banks. My wife and I closed a HELOC there yesterday, and we definitely chose the right bank. Thank you PNC for helping us with our financial plans!

The new Branch manager Kaitlyn is Amazing! She's kind, professional and very respectful. As are the other employees. They are are very welcoming and super helpful. I enjoy banking with this branch!

PNC Mooresville decided to let someone with my stolen driver's license withdrawal $1450 from my accounts that have alerts on them. Jessica allowed someone who was not me use a stolen check to get cash from this location. When the location was contacted, Jessica seemed to have little care for what she had done. They will not let me talk to a branch manager either. The police is involved and I have withdrawn all funds from my PNC accounts since my identity is now compromised in their system. THANKS FOR NOTHING JESSICA.

I used to love this bank and the convenience of all of the atms but for some reason the ATM at the Mooresville location is always down/broken/not able to be fully used. It's so inconvenient and there are no other close by branches.
