They're tucked behind Jet's, Jeffrey's & McDonald's off exit 33. I could have saved myself so much stress and money if I'd have known to go here previously. We have a small (10g) freshwater tank that used to have a single diseased betta. What's worse, is the whole tank set up, filters, all the medicines I ended up, needing to get, fish, etc. or a birthday gift for our kiddo. I spent so much time money and sweat trying to save that darn fish. #RipBernieJoe I promise I'm not exaggerating when I say, I spent hours in the different pet stores, talking to their fish people, researching different fish, species, online, asking questions in newbie and pro forum... I was so desperate to give my kids what we had intended all along - a fun, active, and simple fish tank. First iMessage them on line and they quickly got back to me. I joked to my husband." let's go now before I lose my courage and keep overthinking this darn thing." We went in with our kids and told them exactly what I had, what our water levels were, that I did not want to break the bank, and prayed they could point me in the right direction. They did! This is a store for Sirius, and high-end Aquarius's, AND newbies wanting a fun, simple, and inexpensive set up. They have it all. Their fish start at something like three dollars, and there's plenty of those to choose from, and then they have many beautiful, exotic creatures, including an axolotl, majestic, coral of every kind, I can imagine, and I believe a SeaRay or two. My kids LOVED it. I found them surprisingly family-friendly. We enjoyed going around and seeing all the fish, I joked it was like a mini aquarium hidden in Mooresville. They gave us space to browse (they even have an upstairs with gorgeous coral, unique fish, and a mudskipper! They didn't make us feel like an annoyance, and were SO KIND to our kids. My youngest kept asking a lovely couple who worked there "hold me?". (This is extremely out of character for him, and they were so sweet. They happily obliged, held him on their hip - also unlike me to let someone touch/hold my kid - carrying him around the store, showing him and his sissy the fish... we stayed way longer than intended! They were so patient when we were trying to have adult conversations about Fish keeping while the kids interrupted every other word. ) We bought a couple of small fish and will go back when they get some more of a certain species in stock. They were incredibly informative, and incredibly honest. They told us what would - and wouldn't - make good tank mates, they sold us healthy vibrant fish from CLEAN tanks (unlike the pet stores ), and were awesome. They NEVER pushed us to upsize our setup, buy fish outside our budget, or made us feel unwelcome. We and our kids can't wait to go back. Note for newbies: if you're looking to start a tank, go by the store and talk to the team here. Get an idea of what you want, and get your tank set up FIRST. Then return to buy your fish. You have to "CYCLE" your tank - letting it run for a while and checking things like Ph, ammonia, etc. They have it ALL here. Thankfully we have a wonderful family friend who was kind enough to educate me on cycling, what filters to get, etc. Just making a note because these are things we usually don't understand in the beginning. They'll be able to get you set up. TL;DL: ONLY GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY AQUARIUM NEEDS!!!

They'll test your water and offer advice, and they've never steered me wrong. Once several years ago, I tried a store closer to home and regretted it. Salty's is worth the 40-minute drive for me.

If the groomers are ever unsure about something, they always text to confirm rather than guess — that extra communication really shows how much they value their clients. Alice trimmed around his eyes and mouth perfectly. His coat was even and she made his ears so stinking cute! He was very clean and smelled great! Also, he doesn’t seem to mind going there one. Alice is also the most reasonably priced groomer I have found in years! Highly !

We have taken our two pups twice, and have had great experiences both times! They looked adorable (and like the pictures I sent to reference from our previous groomer) and smelled delicious! I was also very impressed by how clean the salon was and how open the space is. I would highly recommend The Dapper Dog Salon!

They do a great job grooming and are very accommodating around my families crazy schedule when it comes to boarding. Our dog gets so excited every time we mention Ms. Pam's name. He LOVES it there, so we feel really good about dropping him off for a day or for week!

I’m so lucky to have found them! Joey has been in for the normal visits, it’s always easy to make appointments and very quick to get in. He recently had surgery so we have been regulars around the office for a few weeks. Everyone is always so kind, and Joey really loves his visits with everyone! It’s so obvious how much everyone there loves their jobs and cares for our fur babies. Dr Ellis was very thorough after joeys surgery and he and his crew have been very helpful in his recovery. I don’t think there’s a better team out there to take care of my baby!!! I’m so glad we found them.

Dr. Stutesman was absolutely amazing in performing such an incredibly difficult procedure. He took his time and stayed on the floor with Jack for several minutes until the procedure was over and Jack was at peace. I was an absolute wreck and they were all so understanding and compassionate. Thank you, Dr. Stutesman and Staff. ❤️

From her early puppy visits, through her spay, and during moments of high stress and serious illness, their care has been consistently compassionate, attentive, and professional. The manager, Tara, took the time to truly educate me on typical vs. atypical vaccine reactions, which helped me feel informed and confident as a pet parent. When my dog was seriously sick, Dr. C and Maya provided quick, focused, and attentive care, exactly what you hope for in an urgent situation. What truly sets this hospital apart is how genuinely the entire staff treats pets like their own. My dog is always met with patience, cuddles, treats, and kindness, which makes a world of difference for an anxious pup (and an anxious owner). Dr. Allers, Dr. Spano, and Dr. Rothe are all excellent doctors, knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate in their approach. On top of that, the hospital offers multiple payment options, which removes the added stress of finances in emotional moments. It is immediately evident why this hospital won AAHA Hospital of the Year. The level of care, education, and heart they provide is unmatched. I am beyond grateful to have my dog in their hands and cannot recommend HPAH highly enough. Five stars all around!!!!

At the end of 10 weeks I have a dog that is much more well behaved, less willful and easier to train. I've also learned how to properly communicate with my pet, which is even more critical as I now have knowledge I can use when it comes time to train my next dog. Cannot recommend this place enough, they are effective but more importantly you can tell they care about each animal and owner that walks through their front door.

On a recent visit, I enjoyed their delicious Milano pizza, topped with pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham and spicy salami. Every slice was dripping with flavor, and the crust was baked to perfection. Each pie is large enough for 2 people to share, so bring a date, come very hungry, or be prepared to take a lot of pizza home. Service on my visit was great, and there's ample seating in both the airy, spacious restaurant or on the delightfully designed front patio. Prices are also reasonable, considering the pie sizes, so bring the whole family for an amazing meal. My only complaint about Alino is that's it's a long way from my house in South Charlotte, but pizza this good is well worth the long drive to Mooresville. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed Brussel sprouts and salmon. The entree also came with a corn muffin. Very flavorful. My friends had some of fish specials - cod and two others had French onion soup and all really enjoyed their meals. Before we left we were offered unusually wrapped cookies -- the chocolate chip was delicious.

Everything we tried-which was a lot, was delicious! The falafel was perfectly crispy, hummus was outstanding, yucca fries were perfect with the best spicy aioli dipping sauce, the grilled veggies were seasoned to perfection, beef empanadas were some of the best my husband has ever had. If you like Nutella the crepe is a must try! The tiramisu had the best flavor and the tres leches was also very good. If you’re looking for a quick, casual but delicious meal or snack I highly recommend you stop in!

What made the night even more special was their commitment to the community. Knowing that a portion of every drink sale was being donated to a local charity added so much meaning to the event.
Highly recommend Boondoggler's Brewing Company for any event — great people, great beer, and a great heart.
