This Old Navy location is well stocked and organized. The customer service is usual very nice, with associates described as pleasant, friendly, and helpful. They are patient and willing to assist. However, some customers are not thrilled with the clothing style anymore, noting that blouses and dresses look like burlap sacks. The material fades easily and looks worn out quickly after a few washes. Despite this, many report a good shopping experience with great service at the checkout.

Clothes are a little on the higher side. Nothing for a middle aged adult. Everything geared towards young adults. Sweatshirts and goodies for women were all very short. Salem prices were good. Nice clothing for gifts.
