I've lived in my house 25 years now and I own my own tank. I started with a small propane company with great service. They were bought out by a big company. I finally found Mooresville Oil and Propane, a true local, family company that cares about customers. I love supporting a local business and love the prices and customer service. It is wonderful to not be just a number. They take pride in not only the services being right but also that they treat their customers as friends.What else could you ask for?

I want to say "thank you" to three of your employees for their skill and professionalism.
First, when Sierra answers the office phone, I know I'm getting a knowledgeable and helpful person. I decided the first time I called, that if a company had the sense to put someone like her in the front office, they probably knew what they were doing. She recently helped me get my propane tank moved. She set up appointments and scheduled the men who did the work. She always followed up with phone calls or emails to confirm every step of the process. I appreciated being informed.
Ken and Darrell came last week to move my propane tank. From the time they arrived, until they completed the job, they were super nice, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Once they moved the tank and ran new copper tubing, they came inside to make sure my fireplace was working and safe to use. What really impressed me was when they were finished, they quizzed me on what to do if I smelled gas--making sure I knew the appropriate steps to take. That was a nice touch and made me feel more comfortable.
Thank you, Mooresville Propane, for being a dependable local business and for employing such reliable and skilled employees. And, thank you, Sierra, Ken and Darrell for being so easy to work with!

If you need new service, changes to existing service or just need your small tanks filled. This is the place to go. Be sure to ask Sierra to help you. She is very helpful and goes above excellent customer service!

I needed to relocate my propane tank for use on a future project. I contacted them and Sierra in admin helped set up my account along with talkung me through the normal process for getting accomplished what I needed done. On the dayof my appointment, Chris arrived and we walked through not just the tank relocation, but the whole project that I was working on. He was very knowledgeable on running a line to my bbq pit (especially on topics like the proper regulator stack and the types of fittings that I would want to use. Note: bottle threads on a portable propane tank are not your standard thread size or thread per inch count, along with some being reverse threaded) He's coming back in the spring to help ensure that what I envisioned will become a reality.

Great people Great service at great pricing I bought a tank for my house, they hook it up and made sure my fireplace and generator were working. Before they left awesome service,Be sure to ask for Sierra she is very helpful.

I would to share that I so happy with the service and give a shout out to Sierra Huffman who has been our customer service agent. She is very responsive, thorough, and has been available for all our questions. We really appreciate this service and she exceeds expectation. Further, we would also like to call out Frank who recently came to our house to install fixtures for our barbecue. A commitment was made on when he would arrived and he met that. Frank also performed outstanding service with great quality.
Overall, we are very pleased with Mooresville Oil and Propane and highly recommend them.

Absolutely recommend using them! I called regarding my RV propane tanks being re-certified and Caleb was very polite and helpful on the phone. Took my tanks in a few days later, and Sierra helped me to get two new tanks and Caleb filled them for me. Customer service is not dead, and I will happily pay a bit more to deal with incredible people! Thank you both for making it a positive experience for me!

Mooresville Oil and Propane is a local, family-owned business which means a lot to me. I switched to them from AmeriGas because AmeriGas was not transparent in their pricing. Plus, it was always difficult to talk with a customer representative.
All the Mooresville Oil and Propane personnel with whom I have interacted are personable and professional. They make me feel valued as a customer, and I unreservedly recommend them.

Came into Mooresville Oil & Propane today to have a tank cylinder filled. Caleb in the front office was very friendly and had me on my way in no time. Will recommend these guys to anyone.
