“I went into this store after being lied to and used as a vessel to make a sale at the Huntersville location and received the up most help from the ladies at this location. Kristin is the best!!!! I recommend anyone who has metro pcs not to go into the Huntersville Location and recommend all to do business at the Mooresville location, you won't be disappointed. “This post is long overdue. Natalie and Wagner were amazing. My wife and I moved into our new home in September right at the beginning of the football season. Natalie was able to accommodate our busy schedule and meet with me to set up services. Upon arrival our technician Wager was just as nice and helpful as Natalie. Wagner and I talked sports and baseball while he was setting up our service. He spent the time to explain everything and help us get our service set up without having to have wires run all over the house. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them more in the future.”

You need to promote this manager and put her in charge of training! We would not have left had she helped us previously!!!”
