Aric has helped with my previous 13 PM sim issues, corrected other AT&T screw ups for me, and etc. Aric also helped me lower my internet bill, and wireless bill with upgrading devices. Ari is an amazing manager, and leader at the store. She's very blissful to be around, and overall cares for the customers. Great service, selection, and staff.”
“I went in to switch from Verizon, and I got the absolute pleasure of getting to know Juan. He was very kind, very diligent, and made sure to keep my best interest in mind. He paid close attention to the large discount that I got (other employee didn’t intend on giving it to me) and made sure I was taken care of. He’s also just a pretty down to earth cool guy. The painful experience of switching from an old plan to a new one, with a new phone, was very much as graceful as it could possibly get thanks to Juan. Overall he deserves a 10/5 stars”
