Nick at the Mooresville store took plenty of time with my husband and myself. Even though the price is pretty standard for these mattresses, we thought Nick gave us a deal. They still reduced the price and three in two free pillows (worth $150.00 retail). Right now, with the supply of getting goods to the US, he told us that they were on a 3-4 week backorder. The mattress came in SOONER than we expected and the staff that came to set up the bed were very professional and courteous. We would buy from them again for sure. Great customer service from Nick. You can tell that he values his job and cares about people.

We had a very bad experience with this store - the owner and the staff misbehaved with us. I was reading the review they did same thing with other customers. They hardly have any footfall and are desperate to make money in every possible way.You are better off staying away from this store - the owner and staff are extremely rude and dishonest!! Think twice if you are considering them.

The owner and the lady who works in this store have horrible attitude and extremely rude.If you ever want to pay your heard earned money and want to get a snobby lecture, gladly go to this store.I did not see a single customer during my visit and I am not surprised?Better go to any other store.This owner is good at making up stories and false excuse.

After 2 days of wasted time and bait and switch "specials" Shelly gave me the best price in the area for an adjustable frame and mattress. Mom loves her new bed!!!!

Buying a mattress here was easy but buyer beware if you have to return it and deal with Shelly. Their policy states that you can return your mattress if you are not satisfied albeit in exchange for one the same price or you pay the difference. That didn't bother me so much, it was the employee saying we had to take up our return with the manager Shelly. Shelly made it clear in several words that in her 24 years it was impossible that the mattress I purchased was the problem. It was my foundation or my bed. After 2 weeks of using our new mattress indentations occurred where we were sleeping causing a bump in the middle of the bed even after turning it around. Shelly was extremely cavalier in her demeanor with me, she was clearly not happy in my request to return my mattress and made several comments about it. But policy states I can do so. I received my new mattress the next day, I was taken back that the delivery person came in with a tool to measure the indentation (clearly a request by Shelly) he said he didn't need the tool he could see it. This review is only because of Shelly who needs to rethink her approach with customers. I was not lying about my mattress concerns, and I find it hard to believe that someone with 24 years of experience had never heard about mattresses indenting where you sleep.

Found this store on the way to another one looking for a full mattress for our son. Being a family owned business we figured we would rather bye one from here! We stopped in and ended up purchasing a mattress we found we liked from them. We asked if we could return it in case we didn't like it. She replied "yes we have a 30 day trial period"... We also received no receipt or paper work stating that we could NOT return it. So once we got it home it was a horrible mattress and not a good size for our sons room. (We decided to keep his crib mattress for now) We called to return it the next day and she said "sorry we only do exchanges for same or greater price". I explained this is not what we discussed in store, and very misleading considering we never received a receipt in the first place for our purchase or anything stating this was their policy. She just continued to state "I never say we take returns", but we specifically asked and all she said was "yes we give a 30 day trial". By all means if we had we probably wouldn't have purchased considering we still were unsure about the bed in the store! This is very frustrating and as I continued to state my frustration she continued to say we could upgrade to another mattress. We we're going to purchase a mattress for ourselves in a couple weeks that we found we liked here, but at this point I want nothing to do with that business at all! Sad and unfortunate. Especially after having no receipt, or purchase policy agreement....you would think with these issues they would make an exception but unfortunately did not. Very misleading and feel it's taking advantage of customers...

Just bought a mattress from them. Their staff is super helpful and very polite. If you are in the market for a new bed, you could do much worse than to give these folks a try.
