Mark made what could have been a stressful, overwhelming experience, run smoothly. I learned a lot through his expertise. Mark's name was shared with me when financing fell through for one of my buyer clients. Mark was extremely responsive, solution oriented, and got all the pieces moving quickly so that we could save the deal. While we did not end up working with Mark through the end, I know he would have eagerly helped us to get to closing. Because of Mark's willingness to help and the creative solutions we have able to provide, I will absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to finance their home purchase.

This team was great. Once Angelica got my file for processing she worked, and was dedicated to making sure I made it to the closing table. When asked for documents I submitted them, as requested. I made sure to follow the instructions of what was needed. When I reached out to the team during mymoments of uncertainty, I was reassured by Jeff, that I was in good hands, and close to the finish table. They are very knowledgeable. I'm truly excited to have been able to close on my 1st home.

Our loan was processed quickly and we knew early on that we were qualified. Most loan companies don't give you the qualification until much later in the process and ask for documentation up until the last day. RawlsMoss Mortgage gave us a list of what was needed, we provided it and were confident that when closing day came, everything was ready.
