Disappointed that they don't accept small dogs in carriers. We have a 10 pound small dog that doesn't bark in a sling carrier and we're told we can't enter. I can understand dogs on leashes that might make messes or be disruptive but not a dog in a carrier that is tiny. We drove 45 mins for nothing. Disappointing

Although it's got the word "Antique" in the title, it's mostly brand-new 'decor' items. Wastes my time. Why didn't I give it one star? The few things I got there were super bargains. There is a bookseller space that has quirky, really well-priced, bizarre items. I might come back for them, but the rest of the mall, not worth the trip.

Absolutely LOVED it here! Great selection of Christmas items. I bought a ton of stuff and they packaged it up so nicely for me that I was able to carry it all out myself. Definitely will be going back!

Had an EXTREMELY rude welcome to the gallery this morning. Went to the door at 10:01 (you open at 10) and it was unlocked so I went in. Was basically scolded and yelled that they weren't open yet. Sorry I'm here at your opening time and inconvenienced you for giving some business. I've been coming here for years but I'm going to rethink that after this experience. It's not my fault as a customer that your staff isn't ready to open at your stated hours. For future reference, lock your doors if you don't want anybody to come in.

This place was so huge and overwhelming, in the best kind of way, that I took one picture at the beginning and was too distracted after that. They have an insanely big warehouse with sections broken up for different merchants. It was like a flea market without people standing around trying to sell you your stuff. You can shop in peace. We were there for about two hours and it felt like we barely scratched the surface. There's literally something for everything here, it's not just antiques!! Will be back as soon as I can

Beautiful antiques. We found table clothes that were handmade for a very reasonable price. I got a woven basket that is beautiful and very well made. So many old items and some more current all very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly. I will go back.

Great place to find everything. Most people over look it, because the place is huge, but hang a right to go into the T section and there is some nice stuff over in that section.

This place is huge. 160,000 ft². You can walk for several hours and still not see everything. We're definitely going to be making multiple visits back to this place.

This place is the best! First time, I went, I was only able to finish one long lane. I love to look at everything. I don't want to miss something good. I love their burgers. It is the best in the whole state of North Carolina. What more could you ask for! Shopping & great food! Next time I go, I have to try the pizza!!

This place is huge! Was definitely not expecting so many different booths. They have something for everyone here. We walked around for an 1.5 hr and still didn’t finished looking at half the shops. Definitely recommend!

This antique mall has something for everyone. You literally can spend all day in here shopping. We had sp much fun looking at antique toys, to furniture, house supplies, and much much more. The booths are nicely displayed throughout, and pricing is on merchandise. My son enjoyed all the pokemon stuff and vintage toys. They do have shopping carts and baskets available. Checkout is at the main entrance. There may be a line, but they move you through quickly. It's definitely a great place to find some unique items.

Love it! Huuuuuge space, and I bring all kinds of visiting relatives for an indoor long walk! Something (affordable) for everyone of all ages - even two restaurants in the same mill. Clean space, friendly and helpful staff. Did I mention the furniture? I fell in love with a chesterfield sofa, and bought it! Lots of parking.

Recommend: Barely.Initial, first employee 'greeting' was very, very, unsocial. A bit alarming, honestly.Midweek shopping, I traveled over an hour to get here. Expected normal hospitality, smiles etc as this place came recommended throughout the greater Charlotte area amongst other Antique stores. I had to really think on this review thoroughly, but I will summarily note, I'm not a fan, won't be back and it's a challenge for me to recommend based on this particular experience. Please allow me to explain.Size of store is grand, seriously. One half hour prior to closing, they start shutting off lights, yes; shopping, then the lights go out... This continues as if the facility is having electrical issues but that in addition to annoying intercom communications that "the store is closing in half an hour", then "20 minutes, 15, etc". Really?? Shutting off facility lights, WHILE patrons are walking about, is a CLEAR signal, the customer is NOT important. Think about that if you will...Furthermore, this store, though incredibly big and in a very nice area, contains more 'memorabilia' and crafts than 'antiques' (predominantly). Few antiques here and there but much more modern items IMO, I'd be remiss if I didn't share that. I'm an 'antique' hunter and this store with its bountiful space and plentiful vendors just doesn't deliver that, at its heart in my humble opinion. Looking for antiques, I'd consider looking elsewhere.
