These guys are great! They are helpful and communicate well about shipping times for you items since some of them are custom fabrication. I was doing the lift on my R60 and had some major issues with the front CV axles and they gave me some advice that did the trick! Plus they make badass Mini parts that are crafted by Americans! You won't find off road parts for your Mini that come close to M7's parts! Thanks M7!

This company cares about its customers and supporting the products it manufactures.I purchased what I thought to be a scratch and dent complete N18 high flow boot kit from ECS Tuning, but scratch and dent in this instance meant a missing parts kit; info ECS tuning buried in the description. ECS tuning was extremely unhelpful and didn’t lift a finger to assist me in getting the proper parts I needed to install the boot, saying I needed to reach out to M7 and I should’ve read the listing more carefully. (If only “missing parts kit” was as prominent as “scratch and dent”) M7 gave me a break on the parts package because of my experience with ECS. All I had to do was ask. M7 is a great company that looks at each customer service situation uniquely, they won a customer today. Thank You M7speed

They advertise items as for off road use only, but if you use the parts as intended they will not honor their warranty and leave you high and dry. Purchased a skid plate for a Mini and it didn't even last a few laps of ice racing. Mostly a decorative part and has no function. Waste of money. Contacted them for help and was told warranty on product was void because it was used off road. So if you use your race parts for racing the warranty is void. Beautiful policy! its like selling swim trunks and voiding the warranty if you get them wet.

This review is based on my experience, they have great quality products. I ordered a tuner and my car broke down before I even got it. So I returned it without even opening it and got charged a $200 restocking fee. I called to talk to someone in charge, the kid that answered the phone took my info and said that they were going to call back. I've been waiting for a couple of weeks and no response.

The tune does not work- bought the tune for a 2013 Cooper S and it did not work, the car was running horribly, took several videos with all the issues I was having and send it over to them. Reinstalled the stock file and all solved. NEVER GOT A REFUND NEITHER GOT A TUNE THAT WORKED. I understand tunes are not refundable, but I did not get a tune that worked.

M7speed has the best performance parts for mini coopers on the planet. If your looking to get your lift kit this is the place to go and buy parts from. However small or big your project is m7speed always has your best interest. I personally have a mini cooper coupe r58 with the stage 3 performance kit and tune all from m7 speed. My car gets 40+ miles to the gallon combine. With the sport mode activated you can really hear, feel and sense that driving a mini cooper has never been soo much more exciting. If your a diy kind of guy, the instructions are very easy to read and install. With labels and picture even your dog can help. But most importantly m7 speed is mostly (90%) made in the USA. So you know that these parts are made with excellent quality. Also don't tighten your cold air intake filter clamp to hard it will break off. And if you have trouble getting another aftermarket intake just cut the seal off and use it if you have a Changeable seal diameter. Slide that seal in first and then the aftermarket Intake. Thank you for helping me with my car and journey. I will keep visiting you website to see if there's anything new. Keep up the hard work and don't stop R&D.
