This review is for corporate Lowe's. I am in CT and had a horrible experience with Lowe's ordering a quartz countertop. The place they pimp out to do the installation charges extra to cut out the hole for the drop-in sink along with an extra charge for a so-called oversized piece. We have a small condo so this sounds like the subcontractor trying to get more money out of you, but installation is supposed to be included. They also don't itemize their printout so you don't know what you're paying for. I was told by corporate that this is their policy. This is extremely unprofessional. Never heard of such a thing. They also were supposed to credit me for a double rounded edge extra of $1218 that they had in the original total, but after measurement only credited $957. It seems to me like there must be some younger execs at the corporate level as they have no idea how to do business. Needless to say I will not be going to Lowe's any more.

I can not say this enough. Do not buy an appliance here. The delivery delivered a broken refrigerator. When I informed Lowe's they sent separate delivery staff that made my wife very uncomfortable by there comments. They dropped the fridge in the street. I was home for that. Once installed they didn't attach the water hose. My hard wood floors were destroyed. We contacted the store,corporate. Once they finally wrote back, they told us they hire outside installers, so it was no longer their concern..We have to hire attorneys. When I mentioned this on social media, I was flooded with comments of people that had the same situation.

We bought carpet at Lowes in Mooresville, IN., but after it was installed, we see the installers had seemed it in a high traffic area, the carpet is coming up between the kitchen and dining room and the tack strip at the entry door is not cut right. This is very shabby work. We have talked to them numerous times, but they are not wanting to fix their mistakes.

Offers military discount. Bright Clean facility. Staff seems to have been reduced and hard to locate help. Could benefit from robotic help. Some product outrages. Was forced to use self check out which is problem for military discount.Update, shopped today and received excellent customer service answering my questions and directing me to area and products. Ease of use of military discount. Thnx.

Went into Lowes today to gets some ideas for our kitchen and Jim from flooring appeared! He was awesome and a tremendous help! Even though he said he was just a floor guy…he helped us come up with a kitchen plan!!! Thanks Jim!!!

Hit or miss, we have had nothing but great service in the past but out last visit we needed help in the tile area. After hitting the help button 5 times my wife had to track down a manager to force an associate to help up. She even over heard the associate complain about it. All we wanted was more tile brought down because they were out of stock on the floor.

I originally purchased a mini-fridge from Lowes with a 3 year protection warranty. The refrigerator went out 6 months later. I attempted to contact Lowes customer service and was given the wrong information, hung up on, and not valued as a customer. I spoke with 3 representatives and a supervisor. One representative gave me the wrong information on how to properly handle my claim with lead to over an hour of wasted time. The second representative had me on hold for 10+ minutes and then hung up the phone. The third representative was helpful and polite, but was instructed by her supervisor, that I requested, to ignore my request to speak with him. Instead of letting me leave my phone number and returning my call, he told her to say he wasn't available and to call another department. I found this out after I insisted multiple times to speak with a supervisor and he claims it's their policy where he doesn't have to speak with me. He also stated that it was their policy to deny me from escalating my complaint to someone over here. He was very rude and condescending. His name is Rob (Employee ID# 2500484). I am highly disappointed with Lowe's customer service and their alleged policies.
