I have been doing business with owner, Amanda Sherrill since she was at another location and always find her to be a reliable source of information on anything from flowers to shrubs to trees. She tells you the truth and is very environmentally responsible and has a big heart for animals, bees, and birds as well. Her plants are always top quality and do well in my garden.

I wanted to purchase a few things and evidently the lady that was "in charge" or the owner was too busy telling 2 other ladies about how great the place was going to be, didn't have time to let me pay for my purchase. Sadly, I left with nothing.

They had a vendor there selling hotdogs. So I decided to pull in. If you have ever been here. You know its a very small lot with no directions on where to park your vehicle. I pulled to the side enough I thought I left enough, room for cars to pass. I got out my vehicle to make way to the vendor. A crossover pulls up on me and honks their horn. I see hand gestures so confused maybe thinking the wanted me to hurry and get out the way. The car pulls forward a woman identifying herself rudely as the owner of the property. Says " I don't mind you coming to buy "the man's" hotdogs but I need you to pull further to either side and not block the pass through." Then pulls off with an attitude. I had no problem with her request, I personally felt she could have kept the horn blowing hand gestures and attitude to herself. It wasn't necessary. Please work on doing better. Thanks.

Great garden center, I love the fact that everything is pesticide free! They also have a cute little cat that roams the property and a little shop inside at the checkout counter with organic soaps, candles, cbd and more! Definitely will be back

Love this place! Its such a natural and peaceful place. The people are wonderful and they know their stuff when it comes to plants and flowers and what makes the best environment for the ones you choose. I recommend them often! ***plus they have the cutest little rescue cat (Nyla) and she certainly knows her place there***

Paid $900 on 2 Japanese maple trees. Amanda spent a lot of time telling us how to plant the trees. (directions that we followed precisely) All the while talking trash about Lowes, because as she put it, they would never come out & help you if your trees got sick. She said repeatedly that she would come out at any point & help if needed. One of our trees is thriving, the other is dying. After contacting her for 2 weeks (she would make appointments & then not show up or call) She must have blocked my number, because she stopped even picking up.Lowe's might not come out & check on your trees, but they have a 1 year bring your plants back with the receipts & they replace them guarantee. (which they always honor) Stick with Lowes! They back up their products & don't lie to you.

Has a wide variety of plants which is hard to find sometimes. I'd say the prices are good considering some aren't available anywhere else or would cost more to get.The people are nice, don't hover but are willing to help with questions or suggestions.The reason why I am putting 3 stars is because after I got home my $30 plant started having issues. I tended to everything it could possibly need until settling on it needing a repot.Low and behold it needed to be repotted. It had 2 WORMS AND OTHER PESTS in it.Getting plants from here is great for the price/specific plants but be prepared to need to repot (include cleaning out roots, adding some pest control). Definitely not what I was expecting but the plant is doing well.On the receipt they basically say they don't do returns but can consult through text or call. So be prepared to gamble a healthy plant or save it.
