Over three decades of working with CPAs to do my taxes, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I caution you against using Liberty Tax and encourage you to go anywhere else in Mooresville and Lake Norman. I’m leaving and going with another CPA. I’m just waiting to receive the files that they made me pay for in advance. Once again, I've already paid in advance, and they still won't give me my files. This has got to be the worst customer support and experience in the city. ***SCAM ALERT*** They ask you to pay upfront and then don't do what they said they would do. I'm contacting my attorney to get my files or a refund for what I've already paid for (see screenshots). Run!

What a wonderful experience! Ms. Regina were great and provided a seamless process. I had the most enjoyable experience with Ms. Regina. Their price is transparent. The rest of stuff is very friendly too! Ms. Regina made me feel like family and not to mention, it was the quickest process ever!! I absolutely recommend this place to everyone!!

Great place. Made an appointment last minute with Graham, and he was very helpful, informative, and friendly! Kept me posted through the filing process, and then explained everything to me once the filing was completed. I'm very glad i filed my taxes through Liberty Tax.

Clay and Jessica were awesome. They got my taxes done quickly and even though I owed, they saved me quite a bit than what I paid last year. I will definitely use them next year.
