Stopped by today for the first time, shopping for patio chairs. Brad, the owner, was very helpful, showing us all of our options so we could narrow down what type we wanted. Our selections were in stock, which was great. Brad helped us load up, and welcomed us back anytime for a cold beer, on the house! So glad we chose to buy from LKN patio and game rooms. Highly recommend!

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Do NOT use this company if you are looking for your outdoor furniture to arrive in a year time frame. Customer service is horrible . Ordered a chair we loved , 6 months later they sent the wrong chair! Another 6 months go by and we received no chair at all! Ended up having to cancel the entire order. We were always calling them , they were never calling us.
