Not really sure why it has so many negative reviews. I was able to make an appt online a few days before for some bloodwork, I checked in at the kiosk day of and was in and out in under 30 minutes. Staff were very energetic and nice.

The phlebomtist Monica was amazing. I'm usually a hard stick, she got it first try and I barely felt it. My husband said the same thing!!
