I typically do not write reviews, but I felt the need to for this company. We wanted to get our older car detailed inside and out for our daughters birthday gift since it's now the car she's driving. First appointment we had was cancelled an hour before service the day of. Second appointment was "forgotten" or not entered in the system. Third appointment their van broke down, got called 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Fourth appointment was cancelled again due to van breaking down. I finally said no more. I get things happen, but 4 times in a row....sorry....there's no excuse for that whatsoever. Very disappointed in this company.

They did a great job in most spots. However after actually driving my vehicle I noticed quite a few smudges and missed spots. Upset knowing how much I paid for this service

My car was nasty due to 2 small kids eating snacks and drinking beverages in the back seat over several years. These guys came out and gave it a thorough scrubbing and now it is like new! No more old food smell and crumbs and stains are all gone. Eating and drinking in the car is now banned. Thanks guys! ?

Real reputable crew here, make sure you don't have your stuff stolen these guys just stole a bunch of stuff from the QT in Mooresville got witnessed and caught on camera! Somebody's going to jail LOL I wouldn't use these guys. Wash your own car that way your stuff doesn't get stolen, freaking thieves.
