Had it not been for Michael Johnson in accounting, this would be a 1-star review. I had a bad experience purchasing a certified used vehicle from this location and Michael helped make up for what his colleagues and/or this business lacks which seems to be integrity or attention to detail or both. I see other reviews about the bait-and-switch tactic and I wish I had discovered these reviews prior to committing to purchasing this vehicle here. I had a similar experience wherein they advertised the car as CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) for a particular price and then when I went to purchase it they asked if I would like to add the certification (...what?). You can't advertise a car as certified used (see screenshot) and then turn around and say it's actually not certified but you can pay more $ to have it certified. It was obvious that they would be receiving way over market value for the car as a result. I could have reported them and kept looking but I had been looking for this specific year, model, and color in manual shift and certified for quite a while. It didn't end at $ issues sadly... Even though the description said "PRISTINE!" I still did my due diligence and specifically asked the salesperson to inspect the vehicle on my behalf and tell me if there was any damage at all (out-of-state purchase) since any flaws would of course positively affect my negotiating power. They said there was nothing wrong so I purchased the car and when it arrived on the truck, I immediately saw two areas of damage (see photos). Complaining to the transport company who I assumed caused the damage, they showed me that they had marked those areas of damage prior to loading the vehicle onto their truck and the dealership had even signed off on it. So there was obvious damage and the dealership didn't disclose it. I had to spend more time and money to fix the two damaged areas. Fortunately, Michael fought on my behalf to have me reimbursed by the dealership! Hugely generous of him to spend time and energy on this and ensure that the right thing was done. He added 3 more stars to this review as a result. Bonus: the engine on the car died after a few months. Fortunately, because I 'added' the certification to the deal, the cost of replacing it was covered. Massively inconvenient and took weeks but it was covered. Praying the rest of it remains intact and I can get the most value out of it from here on out. Michael is a great guy! I don't think he's a salesperson, he's in accounting, but ask for him.

Not only did they lie about the car, payment amount. They told Sirius my info n they started my free 3 months service. I told Sirius I did not was Satellite radio. Tired of fighting with Sirius, they can get Kia to pay for it. Tried to get them to talk to me but they gave me the run around.Failed to give me a paper tag, got message that my tag expired in August. Can't afford to get it renewed. Have ask several time what was going on. Never got an answer.

Amazing service at this dealership. I lost hope but Tereek Hill made sure I was happy and left with a car. His patience and the way he explained and broke everything down to me was amazing. He knew I was there and serious about leaving with a car and he made it happen. The manager (not sure of his name) I am also thankful for him. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for honest and patient car salesman. I also want to mention that Tereek greeted me by opening the door before I could even walk in

Today has been completely amazing. Everyone at Kia was so helpful. They really took the time to help me find the perfect vehicle. They we very patient with me. And I’m truly grateful for the staff at Kia. Special thank you to my salesman Nazareth.

Okay I wrote a review over a month ago and deleted it. Because this car ship I found out that they wanted to pull me out of my car after they didn't do their job "the financing department " they didn't submit my paperwork that I gave to them the day I drove off the lot. Not knowing the whole truth. A week later the bank started calling me for paperwork. And at that time I was like please call keffer Kia. I submitted everything to them. She said have been trying to get my paperwork. Then I called JT and he said he will let the finance guy know. Two weeks went by and the bank called me again about my bank statements they just needed to know my income that's all and or my check stubs which I had both. Okay now this is Three weeks by now I'm driving around in my car with no solid proof of income to the loan bank and now they done kicked my account back to the car dealership. So by now the manager stepped in to finalize my loan in the fourth week the manager sweet guy he worked so hard on my behalf. and I found out that he walked out quit right after he finalized my loan because they wanted to pull me out of my car because they didn't do their job. And the finance man told me also in the third week me in my car he said just bring us back the car. So I know the manager wasn't lying to me. I pray that the manager that worked so hard for me and on my car loan that God gives him everything he desires. God have Mercy on the finance department and everyone who was involved in my situation. Please beware of this car dealership go somewhere else...

Keffer was absolutely fabulous throughout the entire sales process . Hailey , I’m sales , was so professional and knew so much about the car ( Telluride ) She allowed me every opportunity to feel comfortable in the car and really determine if it was right for me . I felt so confident throughout this entire process and her follow up after my purchase was outstanding .

Had one of the best experiences ever with a team of salespeople /financial officer. Wasn’t pressured into any decisions I wasn’t comfortable making. They made me feel like I was important and they valued my requests for what I was looking for in a vehicle and payments. The entire team were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I had a great experience at Keffer Kia! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Nazareth. As we got to talking I could tell he was newer, but he was really sharp and knew his stuff! Jim, one of the sales managers, assisted as well in helping us find the perfect minivan. They did well to set the expectation and follow through as promised throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you go see Nazareth for your next vehicle purchase!

Sales service was outstanding. Sales team is upfront and easy to work with. They are able to get you through the process quickly if you would like. Purchase process and out the door with the car lasted about two hours. Great explanations on questions asked!

I got a car back in 2021 a Kia Sorento they just threw me in cause I was young and a female. Fast forward to today and I have had to put a new motor and turbo plus other things. They told me at signing if I cancelled my gap policy I would get the money and that didn’t happen. Now here it is 2023 and they told me they wanted my car to trade back in for a newer car. They just now want to tell me they were signing me up for a whole new car without my trade in. They are really crooked people and I would watch out if you’re a family just trying to make it in life.

I made an appointment for an oil change on line. I was there at the day and time I was given. When I arrived, they came out and took my info and took the car. I got a ride home by Kia. They called me an hour or 2 later and it was done. They emailed me the checklist for the inspection on the car. It’s a new car so everything was fine. The first oil change is free. So I didn’t have to pay for it this time.

I sold them a car and they wouldn't give me the ball portion of my hitch. The sales manager, Dallas, lied about "it was stolen last night on the lot" even though last night I couldn't pick it up because "the finance manager drove it home!" If they'll lie about something as simple as that they will surely lie to you during your sale and financing! Buyer Beware!!!!

The service at Keffer Kia was excellent. They provide accurate and up-to-date info regarding my EV6 maintenance. They washed the car and even had taxi service to and from my house. Mark Brandon was my morning driver and was very entertaining to ride with. The afternoon driver (not sure of name) was a younger driver, he also provided me with his favorite restaurants. Being new to the area was a plus!!!I would highly recommend use Keffer Kia for all your Kia needs.

I had a good experience from the moment I called in to ask about the vehicle and it's price. I was shocked that they were willing to help with the price. The finance manager was able to work with Kia finance to get the rate lower. Then they went above and beyond which I can't tell you about but what I can say is there people who understand and do their best to earn your business. Customer service was great. The only complaint I have is the wait time to get the deal done. But I still gave 5 stars because they earned it.
