I have MULTIPLE problems with this dealership! The biggest of which is that they don't honor Kia warranties sold at other Kia dealerships! But they will not tell you that if you try to call and talk to them!
I called this dealership to make sure that my warranty would be honored there THREE TIMES before making my service appointment and left two messages for their warranty service department and never received a call back and was never able to get anybody on the phone! So I called the dealership where I originally purchased the car in Concord, where I was told I could take my car to be serviced under it's warranty at any Kia dealership, so I went ahead and made my appointment at Keffer because it was the closest to my home... Just to be told when I came in for my appointment that my warranty WOULDN'T be honored!
If it hadn't been for the fact that my inspection needed to be done and I didn't have time to go somewhere else (after making this appointment weeks in advance) I would have immediately turned around and walked out the door!
As if that wasn't enough, these people should be EMBARRASSED at the condition of their sales floor! Who offers seats this nasty in their SALES department! I might have understood if this were the seating in the shop, but it's not! Every single chair in this place is torn up!
Then within seconds of sitting down, I get this BS text message from someone in their acquisitions department offering to buy the car from me with links to offers (for what I'm sure was only a fraction of its value but I'm not clicking random links in text messages to find out, this wasn't the reason I was there)!
In the end, the only thing I had done in this shop was the inspection. I was not about to spend a penny more of my money in this scumbag place.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I worked with Matt in the service department and he was so knowledgeable, respectful and such a pleasure to work with. He kept me informed through the whole process and went above and beyond to take care of our Sorento. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The entire staff I’ve worked with at Keffer Kia has been great - helpful, hard working, efficient and nice people! I’ve now purchased two vehicles with Keffer Kia and the sales experience was exceptional each time. The service department is also very helpful and efficient with your time.

We were in such a need to get a new car and we have always had a good experience at Kia Keffer. Today by far was the best experience! Adrees welcomed us at the door after a short phone call with our car in mind already at the front waiting for us. After a small glitch on our side, he made a smooth transition that put us in a better car and was the best option for our family. It is so relieving to be able to depend on someone who is so personable and educated in what he is doing. When you go to Keffer Kia, ask for Adrees! You will not regret it! They don’t ever call you back! I have called 2 times this week and the receptionist tells me ok I’ll send this upstairs again and I haven’t heard from them yet!
Call who directly? Tried again 2 times all I got was switched back and forth! Again I was told give me your number and we’ll call you back and nothing! I GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!
