Came here to begin making the transition from physical therapy to personal training. I have neuropathy and sciatica pain, especially in right leg. My physical therapist Jessica is nothing short of amazing. She listens, supportive in my goals and provides exercises that leaves me in less pain than I came in with. Thanks to her I have began getting back on my bike. Looking forward to beginning the transition to working with their personal. Highly recommend going here.

Bogan is AMAZING! I have been going to PT for a few weeks and every time I go Bogan is upbeat, knowledgeable and makes the exercises fun. He listens to your concerns, offers solutions and cares a lot about your recovery.

After working for several months with two of the physical therapists at In-Motion (with fantastic results), following a complete shoulder replacement, I began working with Spencer Metz in May of 2022. As a complete paraplegic, it is very important to keep my upper-body in as best shape as possible, and Spencer did an excellent job in assisting me to so. His sessions were well planned out and varied, which certainly kept me motivated. Unfortunately, a few medical issues have had me sidelined for the past several weeks, but once I’m fully recovered, I will resume my sessions with Spencer.

Great boutique gym. Love the specialized training that I receive from my trainer Spencer Metz. The best part of my training is that it's always something different at each session. He is very knowledgeable on ways to get the right results with alternative ways to do the same workout in different ways. Facility is nice and clean. It's a smaller facility but I like it better than a large gym. Would highly recommend In Motion if you're looking to start a workout regiment.

The team at IMF is top notch and knows their stuff. Spencer is phenomenal and really gears the workouts towards what you need and pushes you. Would recommend him and anyone on the team at IMF to help with your fitness goals!!

Spencer is awesome to work with. While he gives you a great work out, he’ll talk to you about your interests, his interests and common interests. He’s very nice and uplifting and while you are exhausted when you are finished, you want to come back because you learn more every time! Highly recommend!

Spencer is very good at what he does, his personal training is the best I’ve ever had, he catered my workout around my golf game which really helped my strength and my flexibility. I highly recommend him.

My husband started working at In Motion to relieve a quad strain, but had an opportunity to work with Spencer after recovery to continue building strength and flexibility. Spencer always made each day brighter, more hopeful with encouragement, and focused with his expertise in helping an older fellow to maintain good muscle tone, good posture, and better balance. These weekly sessions have been worth the hard work with Spencer’s skill and positive nature. Thank you!

Spencer is a fantastic personal trainer—he gives more than a 100% in everything he does and is very knowledgeable in his field. He always makes sure each workout is challenging and specifically designed for me personally—the results have exceeded my expectations. Have been training with Spencer for several years. Always a pro…always changing up the routines to keep things fresh and innovative. He keeps me healthy and able to do the physical labor that my career entails. Growth and gains have never ceased… new wardrobe needed every year for growing muscle even though I’m north of 50 years old. Stronger than ever thanks to him.

I was the nanny to 2 young boys. Motion Fitness had the patience and expertise to help them grow into balanced young men. As one is autistic they related to his needs and helped him understand the importance of being active and how working out is important to being in good physical condition. Their nutrition program also got them to try foods that they never would. I give thes people 10 stars.
