Needed a new battery for my girlfriend's vape thingy and left with a silly Sherlock pipe looking one because reasons. Fun times. Friendly staff. Would come back if I lived in NC.

Husband and I went in to buy a wax vape pen, we wanted to replace our Yocan that we lost. Employee there talked us into purchasing the Yocan XL.Literally never worked a single time. Replaced the coil and everything. We reached out to the Yocan company and filed for warranty. We were told by Yocan that we're supposed to take the damaged one back to the head shop, as it is their responsibly to send it back to Yocan.High Life refused. I guess we have to reach back out to Yocan again.Kinda pissed we spent $50 on something that straight up never worked and High Life pretty much told us to kick rocks.Won't be going back to this location again.Honestly Infinity's End is always better in every single way than any High Life I've ever been to. Just about had it with High Life.

Nate was very patient and attentive helping me pick out different papers & cigarillos as my usual were out of stock. He was also very knowledgeable about mushrooms and carried a great quick and brief conversation. I appreciated all of his help during my experience. I will definitely be back!

Taylor and Katie are always so helpful when I walk in. They know exactly what I want before I walk in. Always a pleasure to shop here. They are always sure to answer any questions that I have and the store is always clean! If you are looking for a shop you should definitely choose this one!
