I’m conflicted about this one. Let me start by saying my custom suit is amazing. It was initially done in about a month. Fits great, good quality. The suit was about 3 times what I normally pay for a custom suit but again the quality was amazing so I don’t have a real complaint about it. Now to the reason why this isn’t 5 stars… the level of service at this shop is underwhelming to say the least. Took over a month to get my alterations done. Really had to keep following up. Was told it would be less than 10 days. The shop owner is nice. But I don’t get the feeling that my business is valued here. Additionally when I came in to pick up alterations the owner wasn’t there which is fine no problem. I looked around as I waited but when he came he walked right past me to help another customer who arrived after I did. He didn’t even ask who was there first or anything of that nature. I don’t think I could shop here again in good conscience. But I do wish them well.

The worst place to buy from. They send wrong items and wrong size and then ignoring email and not willing to accept returns. Awful experience. Stay away.

We popped in on Christmas Eve doing alittle window shopping. The owner occupied my husband while i purchased two GORGEOUS pocket squares and socks! Oh and a last minute bracket. We will be back

Even though my tux purchase fell through because of the short notice, Tyler the owner is a great business man. After I explained that I was unfamiliar with much of the tuxedo world, he gave me an amazing tour of his shop, explained everything in great detail and treated me like a top client. I would recommend this business 100%!! Thank you Tyler

Purchased a pair of Peter Millar shoes for Christmas last year and called the store to return them because they weren’t the color my boyfriend wanted they said no problem and told me to send them back, I did and they never refunded my money. I’ve called left messages and no response. They stole $155 and the pair of sneakers and I had to pay $10 to send them back as well. So I’m really out $320!! Do not purchase anything from here they are liars and thieves!

I've driven byHamptons many time and never realized it was here. After hitting balls next door I walked through. The staff knows their products and clothing. I would recommend if you're looking for a custom clothing experience in Mooresville or the lake Norman area. Tyler has figured out how to do customer service right.
