Never had so much trouble trying to donate nice household items. Pickup staff are rude and uncooperative, no matter how nice you are to them. They all but throw nice furniture onto the truck, yet refuse certain items because they're too lazy to take them out. Salvation Army is much nicer and easier to use, fyi.

Really nice selection. Customer service was rather rude. Made me seem like such an inconvenience for purchasing an ottoman that I couldn't physically lift myself, then dragged their feet to assist. Confusing experience to be honest.

Our brother-in-law, Bill Todd, served Mooresville for many years through his construction work with Habitat. His recent death is not only a great loss for the family but for Habitat. He was one of the truly good guys and meant so much to so many. We already are sustaining members but will be giving an extra contribution to your regional Habitat in loving memory of Bill. Visited this location 06/15/23.They have some nice items in this store, HOWEVER, I would agree with some of the other reviews, they are expensive at this location. I was out from of town and visited this location and wanted to buy some things but $30 for a used picture was too much.The store was full but I think it is because the prices are too high.

I always go here and end up having a great experience but yesterday April 25 when I went in the morning, I was at the checkout line and this older tall man decided to pull my shopping cart away from me that had my toddler on it. I pulled it right back and he tried to play it off by going around to where my toddler was, luckily my spouse was with me and he grabbed our son & stood between them. When we walked to the open register he heard us say our son’s name and called out his name to our son. It was the most uncomfortable situation and I was in shock and couldn’t find the words to tell the employees.

Im redoing a bathroom and rather then throw all the perfectly good items away, I thought I would donate some of it. They took everything except for the sink that goes on top of a vanity. They told me they needed the vanity in order to take it. Which is odd, because the sink didnt come with a vanity when i bought it 5 years ago.Its just kind of annoying to give them perfectly good stuff and they are picky about it.

Why would someone spend time examining the mounts of clutter only to end up paying full retail for used items? Historically their hook has always been "good deals" on slightly used products. I'll support the needy some different way.

Are used to love to shop at the store but whoever is pricing their furniture has gotten absolutely ridiculous. A cheaply made used nightstand was $65! This is used furniture that has been donated that you’re supposed to be selling for affordable prices. Not a retail store! I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Great selection of furniture, glassware, light bulbs, not very much construction materials or tools.But, you be surprised what you can find.
