Another excellent experience at Mavis. This time I was looking for 4 tires. I was given a quote over the phone. I then checked with 2 other tire companies. Not only was the price better, but I was told if I could get there in 2 hours, they would install the tires that same day. While at the shop I was reminded that I should get a 4 wheel alignment, and they gave me a nice discount on the alignment also. Once again, excellent price, quality, and service. Thanks!

Great communication over the phone. Derek jumped right on my questions and wouldn't let me go until we had worked out a mutually satisfactory arrangement for new tires. Experience at the store mirrored my experience over the phone. Pat was clear, welcoming and a pleasure to work with. Great retail experience.

Weekend availability for a tire shop is one thing — Sunday availability is another. Mavis Tires & Brakes came in super clutch this past weekend; simply being open was already a great start.
Called in to inquire about a specific tire size; if they had it in stock, and if they had the time allotment to mount and balance a tire on a loose wheel. They were able to help and got me queued up as soon as I showed up.
Once they finished with that wheel, I asked if I could bring the car by and have an identical tire mounted on the opposite wheel. They were able to, and did not charge me for a nonsense fee of having to jack the car up to get the wheel off like some other places do. I did appreciate that, as I needed it done before Monday and was operating on a fixed budget.
I will say the only thing that threw me off was that I had inquired about their no-credit financing, and was told that it would only be a soft-pull. After completing the application, however, I asked again and was told that it was in fact a hard-pull on my credit report. I would not have consented to that had I known that from the beginning.

Great Location & exceptional customer service. My mom and I’ve been going here for a couple of years and they do a wonderful job with any and everything car related. all of the workers have been friendly, attentive to my needs and very Knowledgeable about vehicles.
