Loved it! That's why we keep going back. Got my daughter's back to school haircut today. Her stylist was amazing! And did a wonderful job. And thank you so much for Great clips for the $5 off back to school coupon!
Requested style: The stylist was able to do exactly what I requested of her for my daughter.
Stylist: My daughter's hair stylist was Cora, she did an excellent job. She went above and beyond! She did exactly as I requested with my daughter's hair. I only wish I could have got my haircut by her today lol. She definitely deserves a raise. So hopefully someone who has The authority to do that will give her a raise. Thank you Cora for my daughter's beautiful back to school haircut! And thank you Great clips for the $5 off coupon for back to school! We will be returning, again. Have been going here for years because of the great stylists. But by far, Cora today was amazing!

No one answers the call. My five family members use two different stylist for their hair and we live 10 miles away from this location. Everytime we have called this week no one has answered the call. Since the stylists schedule changes every month so we call before heading there. Lately no one has been answering the call. When we arrived at the location we see every single hairstylst was sitting free. Not to mention a certain stylist has been quite rude I have only tolerated her as my child prefers haircut from her BUT since I pay for haircut and leave tips I expect her to atleast communicate respectfully. (Not leaving stylist name as I would like to extend her the respect and courtesy that she doesn’t give others).
The manager for this location needs to be changed for making poor decisions.
Bella Lago charges the same as you for child’s haircut. We pay $20 at great clips plus tips, and it’s $22 at Bella Lago for child haircut. I rather go there and not tolerate this nonsense.

I have been going to the same location for a couple of years now because I no longer trust anyone else with my hair. Everyone at this location is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.
Requested style: I get the same thing everytime and some would call it high and tight.

Cora gave me exactly what I wanted. I struggle to find a stylist that will give me the layering I'm looking for, but she did it! Thank you and I'll be back just for her!
