Made a snap decision to get a haircut here this morning (8/2). I sure regret it but it’s just hair and fortunately mine grows fast. Diana (very nice btw) cut my hair and I thought I had stressed enough not to cut the top too short but she apparently had her own thoughts regarding the length. The best visual that reflects what my hair looks like now is a Julius Caesar haircut with a clear landing strip down the middle!
So, if you spot me around Mooresville, be sure to say hello.

I had a wonderful experience here! I have long hair and I just wanted a trim with some layers and Katelyn got it just right. She didn’t cut off too much and was friendly and informative about hair care for my thick hair. Thanks again!

There has been a paradigm shift in the market where companies think it’s OK to have patrons do their work for the employee. Employees should be required to take in the information necessary to book an appointment not require the patron to do all the work for them.
Specialties: They close at around 4 PM on the weekend when in fact they should stay open later wasn’t able to get an appointment

Staff was truly wonderful! Very little wait, excellent hair cut, & the price was right! Mgr so helpful with getting just right hair cut & suggesting hair products I could buy there! Specialties: This salon has soooooo much to offer to their customers to where it's hard putting a finger on just 1 thing the staff can do for your hair, truly. This was my 1st visit there, and I'll for sure be going back as needed as well as recommended the salon to all I know & some! I can't say enough good about the salon, staff & over all experience! I don't recommend this salon at all. You are better off spending your money elsewhere. Every time I want service the customer service is never good. There is always a wait even when you check in 45 mins beforehand. I got off work today at 5:00pm and I wanted to get my hair done for an event that was for this evening. I Just wanted a simple wash/blow out and a hairstyle that I wanted and I showed her a picture of it. The hairstylist completely denied me the service and said "No, we can't do that it will take to long we close in an hour and there is people waiting." Which after she said that I was shocked and I asked if we can at least do just do something that is just simple then without a wash/blow out just the style. AND she still said No... There was absolutely no compromise, no above and beyond for a customer, and just anxious to get work done and finish the last few clients. Very disappointing place; I will NOT be back and you should think twice on coming to this salon.
