Went in for an inspection late yesterday afternoon- all good took 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and Susan was a hoot!! Definitely recommend

Their oil change prices are reasonable and they often issue coupons and rewards for repeat customers. The staff is friendly, and service is quick. Just beware that they will try to get you to buy add-ons like wiper blades, air filters, flushes, and treatments. I'm not saying this is a bad thing. It can be very convenient if you actually need them, but you really need to know your own vehicle to make sure you aren't buying something you don't need, and I'm not sure if the prices on these parts and services are as competitive as the oil is.

New Owners - Just not the same. I went to Grease Monkey twice in one week. Once with my son’s car for an oil change and back again for my own oil change and inspection sticker. When I took my son’s car, they never said a word about filters, but the glove compartment was left on the passenger side floor, and I had to find someone to re-install it. With my truck, first they said my tires needed to be rotated. I just had new tires put on 3 days prior, so that wasn’t true. Then they brought me a cabin air filter and an engine filter. They showed me mine and a new one. My cabin filter was only a few months old, so there really wasn’t even a reason to show me, except hope that I wouldn’t notice that mine actually looked almost brand new. Then they said my battery wasn’t performing well and that one they actually did talk me into replacing. I asked to make sure when they replaced it that they hooked me up to another battery source first, so power was not interrupted. They definitely didn’t do that, because my tire pressure warnings were on and something was wrong with my navigation. They said I just needed to “drive it” and it would work itself out. Now this was about two weeks ago and I have been listening to this brand new crazy squeaking noise coming from the somewhere beyond the dashboard ever since I left there. Of course it only makes noise when I’m actually driving so it’s been tough to figure out. Today it was so loud, when I got home, I opened the hood and just started checking everything. Surprise, surprise… that battery Grease Monkey installed was never tightened down! Four bolts weren’t even finger tightened, let alone ratcheted. I tightened everything down, drove the truck around the block and silence, finally. It got me thinking about how an employee pointed to a sign on the wall that said “Always do the right thing.”and said that was the motto the new owners live by. Well showing clean filters to customers that may not be mechanically inclined and think there’s something wrong isn’t the “right thing”. Not putting vehicles back exactly how they found them sure isn’t the “right thing” either. A lot has changed with Grease Monkey since changing hands, and I will never go back there.

This place is phenomenal! I brought my car in for annual Inspection. They were so quick, personable, and very efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I barely had time to get a cup of complimentary coffee. My car was waiting right outside the door.

Every where I tried to get a car state inspection was over an hour, but Grease Monkey did it super fast. They were friendly and I will be using them again in the near future.

I like this place. You can definitely trust them with your vehicle. I will be bringing my other vehicles here
