As long as you have no issues with whatever furniture you purchase, you will be good!The employees, including the delivery people were super nice and friendly and helpful.However, if there are any issues they do NOT stand behind their products.I had an incredibly disappointing experience!I so very much wanted to support this local business that sold furniture made in the USA but after the experience I have had I will not buy from them again, nor can I recommend this business to anyone else. Very frustrating and difficult experience with unsatisfactory results.

The folks there are so nice and helpful! So glad we decided to check out the store. Wonderful assistance and customer service. We are so pleased with the chairs delivered today. Special order without any headaches. Big box stores can't hold a candle to Gibson! Don't miss shopping there.

I will start my review with the positives. Rex was the sales person that helped me choose a recliner. He was so helpful and patient. The guys who delivered the recliner were very nice and kind. The Southern Motion recliner I purchased was damaged. I was told I could not return it but it had to be repaired. B. Gibson was the person who dealt with my issues. They sent a repair person from Fast Furniture twice to repair the recliner. The wrong parts were ordered both times. After numerous unpleasant conversations and emails plus a report to the BBB he finally agreed to pick up the recliner and give me a refund. I have never experienced worse customer service for a problem than with B. Gibson. This business has a long history and I am certain there must have been better customer service in the past. Hopefully that will improve for the future. I also have to question the quality of Southern Motion furniture and their lack of willingness to stand behind their products.

Our experience with Gibson Brothers Furniture was outstanding! The prices at this locally owned and operated business is very competitive and their service is beyond compare. We ordered a couch and loveseat from Bill Gibson. Finding out that we sold our living room set with our house in Arizona and we didn't have a couch here, he loaned us a power loveseat at no charge until the furniture we ordered came in. We love the new furniture and highly recommend Gibson Brothers Furniture of Mooresville! You can't get this kind of customer focused service from any of the big box stores or chains.

We cannot say enough about Gibson Brothers Furniture. We sold most of our old furniture with our house in Arizona before moving here. As a result, we ordered a new couch and loveseat from Gibson Brothers. We were made aware that it could take a few months for the pieces to arrive due to the manufacturer having Covid related supply chain issues. Finding out we didn't have living room furniture, Bill Gibson provided a loaner couch to us at no charge!!! Only an independent, customer focused, local business would do that. No wonder they have been part of this community for so many decades. Our new furniture arrived today and we love it. If you are in the market for furniture, we urge you to contact Gibson Brothers in Mooresville. They are the best and we highly recommend them!!!

Don't let the exterior deter you. They have a great selection of American made furniture and multiple showrooms (that you don't know exist). They are knowledgeable and kind, and will work to understand your needs. If they do not have the piece(s) you are looking for, they can order it for you (and the pricing is always better than the prices listed on the manufacturer's website). Swing by to check them out!
