If i could give them a zero rating, I would. I paid $800 express international shipping to have my wedding dress & tux delivered to Italy. The package NEVER made it there. FedEx then had the nerve to pull $555 out of my account for shipping it back. I will never use FedEx services again. This company is a joke.

Horrible customer service. The woman working the desk didn’t want to help send a package. I left purely because I didn’t want to give the location my business. UPS was much more friendly and ended up helping me like a mailing service company should. Won’t be coming back.

Part of this is my fault for not pre boxing it my self, but they charged almost $30 for item to be boxed. That’s almost half of the amount I sold the item for in the first place. Way over priced for a box and paper.

Horrendous customer service. I went to pick up an order and waited 15 minutes, just standing there, while the 1 employee working was helping another customer design some labels. He never acknowledged me or any other customer in the shop while we just stood there. No, “be with you in a minute” or nothing. You can have my order and whatever costs it took to produce. I’ll never use you again.

We had a 100 dollar order for client postcards / handouts placed on 3/1/24. It looked good onscreen through the design and print services...bleed lines etc. all looked good. BUT...the first print was bad (3/5) and the Mgr quickly and honestly acknowledged it and had it redone next day (thank you). Sadly the redo print was bad too...shrunken on the page leaving a white edge and some of the print too small to read. We had to take it and go...too late to redo again. I was told they could not refund us there because it was an online order. I called FedEx and after hopping through menu options that seemed geared only for deliveries..I was finally told they could not help me through that number - the number which on our receipt to call about our order. I called today once more (3/25) and when I seemed to get through to a FedEx office menu the message indicated there was no help available for those services and I was disconnected. Embarrassing prints...100 bucks later and no way to get help. Fail.

Terrible customer service. They claimed that I cannot ship boxes if there is battery inside. I was able to drop the package without any question at another location.

Customer service is beyond excellent!!! Tekura was very helpful. I was having a very ruff morning and needed to send a care package home to my family, sound simple right but like I said I was having a ruff morning..Ms. Tekura assisted me with her excellent customer service and helpfulness and made what was a difficult task for me very easy..it’s good to see that there is still kind, friendly and helpful people that still exist in this world..This store will be my go to from now on.

This is a nice store in a great location, but the staff is sooooo unfriendly, and seem to hate their jobs. If I owned this location, I would be embarrassed by how they treat their customers. Also 9:00 AM is too late to open for a business that deals with shipping items. Should at least open by 8:00 AM.

All I needed to do was to drop off a pre-labeled envelope. The person saw me coming and quickly walked to the door and locked it so I could not come in. It was close to the closing time but not 6pm yet. If the store is meant to be open until 6 pm, it should not close until that time.

Went to ship a pair of shoes back and was told I had to buy a box as they can’t use a shoe box. I explained the shoe box was inside the outer box and this was sent like this. The outer box is corrugated cardboard like any other box. Clueless idiots.

I came into the store this week with multiple large shipments and Dyamond and Christopher were exceptionally helpful with facilitating my requests and getting all my shipments together and shipped out! Their customer service was impeccable and I am super happy that I chose this store.

I went in to ship out a pre labeled pair of boots in the original box that was shipped to me via FedEx in the exact same manner. I was told I had to buy a box, what a scam! I dropped it off with no problem at a different location.
