Today you lost a lifelong customer. I have purchased multiple sets of tires from the Discount Tire location in Mooresville but will never be returning after today. I stopped by to simply have a tire patched or replaced if need be. Tristan decided he wanted to upsell me on two front tires that were marginal st best and just couldn’t let it go. His coworker Danny decided he needed to jump into the conversation instead of minding his own business. I am now at one of your competitors have the tire patched and in 9 to 12 months when I need 4 new tires I will not be returning to you.

Donnie and team were excellent! The opened the doors 5 minutes before opening with smiles and greetings for those of us waiting.
Took care of my unexpected issue on a road trip from Ohio and got us back on our way quickly..

Rob the service advisor took me in even though they were slammed, the technicians there were moving quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t be more grateful these guys are awesome, they need raises.

Stopped in for a low tire, your employees are wearing long sleeves all black shirts and pants?! The tech was sweating profusely and it was 97' according to my car. Horrible management.

Quick, courteous service. I discovered a nail in my tire and was able to make an appointment that evening to arrive the next day. My car was ready within 45 minutes. They walked me through several options to replace all tires, replace just the damaged tire, replace the lug nuts, and they offer wiper blades installation which all can be financed and they can price compare.

DO NOT GO AROUND CLOSING TIME !!!!!!! Just went to get a valve stem replacement…got stuck there for over an hour because they locked the keys in the car. Upon learning the keys were locked in the car they did get a tow driver out to get the keys however they failed to mention to me the truck was running while waiting. When i asked for a refund because my gas has now been wasted and car has been running for an hr.. i was given $26 out of $86 spent. SLAP IN THE FACE!!!!

Fantastic experience Jose helped me in the morning and Blake helped me in the evening. Both of them were great guys Jose helped me pick tires that would hold the weight that’s in my truck bed for work and Blake picked up where Jose left off seamlessly. I know money makes the world go around but they really made it feel like the customer comes first. 2 amazing employees I wish I could find guys like that to work for me! I will be back for all my tire and wheel needs

Have had two flat tires in the space of two weeks on different tires. Excellent customer service, polite and couldn't be any quicker with greeting you at the door. Each time as a walk in repair done in less than an hour. Very impressed and no charge to repair the flats. I do hope the management team let the staff know that their professionalism doesn't go unnoticed.

I ordered tires and they installed them in a timely manner but I don't like that they're required to push windshield wiper blades now. I don't like being upsold and expressed this sentiment and the dude argued with me. That's all. "No" is a good enough reason. "I don't like being upsold" is a courtesy. Beyond that, I get upset and it will show. I'd apologize but I don't think I should have to.

So far while waiting in lobby, there’s a bunch of (apparently) new young hires that are not aware that their loud business-inappropriate yelling at each other is not conducive to good business impressions. Will have to wait and see if the actual service works out. Judging by the cars in the waiting lot they’re not keeping up with the appointment schedule very well.
