Both contractors were knowledgeable and professional. Still not fully resolved on plumbing but am confident it will be handled; as the builder will need to address.

Hands down one of the best property companies I have ever worked with. Just got a beautiful new house in Mooresville and Laurie went above and beyond for us making a smooth and quick transition into the new house even more enjoyable! I definitely recommend them and will continue to work with them in the future.

These guys have made my renting experience by far the smoothest I've ever had, I put in my application and within a day I was approved and had full communication the entire time. Very friendly agents, and Vickie is beyond helpful. I highly recommend her for any help you need!

Sometimes in life you meet people that will give you a second chance. Dazcon Properties has done that for us. They are quick in response, very honest and very helpful. We want to S/O Ms Vikki she's a Rockstar,,, very straight forward but a heart of gold....

My husband and I rented through Dazcon for roughly 3 years. The process of renting through Dazcon was extremely smooth after we viewed the house. We were able to secure a lease within a few days of viewing the house. Dazcon was diligent about contacting the warranty company for required repairs, resolving maintenance issues after the home warranty expired, and performing the annual home inspections. Whenever they needed to perform the annual home inspections, they let us know ahead of time. I was throughly surprised that the move out process and the reconciliation of repairs process were just as smooth as the move-in process. This is the first company I have rented through where I literally received 98% of my security deposit back. They only charged us a small fee to repair one small item that required repair. I would recommend renting through Dazcon.

Laurie is who we worked with . She took us on a tour of the house and administered the application process. Her customer skills and response was top tier. She was very transparent from start to finish . Although my fiance and I wasn’t selected for that property. We appreciated Laurie professionalism, thoroughness and customer service.

Dazcon has been wonderful. Guys were super nice and fast that came out and fixed the roof leak. They even cleaned out my gutters. Very happy with rental agency and maintenance folks

Should say 0 stars! They will take your deposits to make improvements that they should have done before they rented the property to you. They dont follow laws. Try drop in inspections same day. With no notice. Even during covid?? Even if you are absolutely desperate DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!!! Ever!! They are also liars. I was verbally told my lease would be renewed and never sent a new lease. 7 months into my 2nd year they gave a notice to vacate. It was a horrible property because the neighbors upstairs had kids that ran through the house ALL NIGHT. The property owner was too cheap to properly pad the floors. I also spent my first 4 to 5 months going back and forth about a water bill over 500 dollars because there was no real work done to the property before we moved in other than cheap cosmetics. I was.told they resolved it but called water company and they never heard from anyone!! They also left my ceiling in my bathroom open and exposed for SEVERAL months. They were very nonchalant about fixing things but wanted their money on time regardless.To add to everything else, the neighbors in the next complex had loud parties EVERY WEEKEND. They would be outside loud and drunk and had done a hit and run on my car. Horrible horrible property management. Dont rent from them. Save yourself the stress and money.

Bunch of bullies. Came for several inspections in 5 months and terminated the lease for smudges on the wall. Tried to give me less than 10 days to move out but I'd already paid the next months rent

Great people to work with. Rented from them for ten years in the early 2000s. Back again as of June 2022. Very happy and highly recommend.
