Very helpful ! Only issue i had was the outside parking spot i paid for was not marked on the ground or the map. Fast and efficient service. I had made a mistake with the first unit i bought but was helped and by the end of the day my issue was resolved. Thank you Laura.

Wonderful customer service. Was attentive polite and helpful. Explained each detail of the process of obtaining a storage and how the insurance works. I was very pleased with my service today and will recommend them to my family and friends if ever needed.

*Edit... Lauren from Huntsville called me back and was very helpful. She did they're having issues with the 3rd party call center as well, and was very empathetic and credited my account. Wish I could have worked it out with them yesterday! Would have saved me a lot of money.Original post:Was not able to go in person to check in because I'm renting for an adult child who is in another state. Therefore, I tried to cancel within 15 minutes of booking--and-surprise surprise, no one there at the call center can cancel a transaction. They'll take your $$ online! But not cancel. So today I'm going to call back to cancel, but a real human called me instead--said they're working remotely and want to help me finish the "contract" for my storage unit. I tried to call the number back that she gave me (which comes up as potential spam), and got a call center who also can't credit my account, nor can they transfer me to the person who called me!! They're "leaving a message" for that person to CALL ME BACK.... at THEIR convenience! Screw the customer! I was super excited for this unit because it was 1/2 the price of U-haul, but I see you get what you pay for (in this case, you can't "un-pay" for something you want canceled!)
