7/24/24 2:19 pm- extremely rude. Lady answered the phone. Refused to actually answer any questions, asked for totals and she kept saying I can’t give you a total if you don’t book I can’t give you a total. It is 2 seperate reservations … I asked can you give me the 2 totals and I will add the 2 numbers together and still- couldn’t give me a number. X plus tax is not a total- rudeness and refusing to answer questions is not conducive to business- asked for manager and was told she is the manager. And refused to get anyone above her.

Was headed from Ohio to Hilton Head and wanted to break up the drive with a stop in Charlotte. Rented a pontoon boat for a half day and could not have been happier.
First, the boat was in excellent shape. Looked brand new.
Due to a bad weather forecast for the time of my rental, we needed to communicate with the staff….which was no issue at all. Very responsive to texts and were very understanding of our situation (my 7 yo is afraid of storms and just being on the boat with clouds overhead would have caused problems).
In the end the weather cleared and we had an absolutely awesome day out on the water. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and am already planning on next year.

First time on a jetski, going with friends, was awesome the from booking to check in the process was flawless and the staff was great, was kinda lost on the way back to the deck but team member came in no time to guide us back

Process was easy! Boat was clean and really nice. There was a young man who helped us (I forget his name unfortunately) and he was so well spoken, polite, and a great help! Highly recommend!

Good pontoon boats and very accommodating for our family, however the walk from parking to the boat was quite a challenge for our elderly parents, not very accommodating in that regard.

Very easy to book, great response time, boats in good condition and wonderful staff. ? recommend. Going to see if they can do powerboats next time. So much fun! ?

We get a boat here 2-3 times a year. From my experience, its got some of the best prices. Easy check-in / check-out and easy to get to.

We have been renting from here for years. The early check in the day before online is fast and easy. Once thats complete the actual check in to get the boat/waverunner is quick. All staff is super friendly and helpful. We had my 92 yr old mother in a wheelchair and the guys were awesome with assisting to get her on and off. They held onto the wheelchair with them on the dock and had it ready and waiting as we were pulling back up with the boat. Awesome group of people!! We will be back next year!!

We rented a pontoon boat with a tube, for 4 hours and had a wonderful experience. The young people operating the summer business did a fine job loading our group on to the boat, explaining policies, and getting us going. Prices are very reasonable, and return process was simple. Much better than boat ownership! ?

The young crew that runs the show is doing great, I hope they get paid accordingly, they all deserve a raise. From the check in to the check out the guys and girls are professionals. So much fun when you have a boat rental that works. The pontoon was spotless and it was just all around perfect. Thank you all.
