I recently had the misfortune of needing to take my SUV in for major front-end repairs. The team at CRM Repair Shop turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a breeze. From the moment I brought my vehicle to the collision center, the owner Chris was courteous, professional, and committed to getting me back on the road as quickly as possible.
What truly set Chris' team apart was their turnaround time - they first worked with me by ordering the parts I needed from Porsche dealership, and immediately began to work on my car. My repairs were expedited and finished in less than 5 business days. Not only was the work done with the utmost care and attention to detail, but the repair was executed flawlessly.
Duane went to the extent of cleaning all the shubbery and brush that was stuck in the exhaust pipes and under the cab. Duane even went the extra mile to clean the undercarriage, restoring my vehicle to pristine condition. It took Duane hours to accomplish this alone.
I was incredibly impressed by the level of service and responsiveness, as they truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

My car looked better than before I dropped it off for a dented door repair ! They deep cleaned my interior , which I was not expecting . The outside was washed and shined up , they even polished my tires . My car looks like it was never damaged in the first place . Super responsive to phone calls and let me know as soon as my car was ready . Super nice people and very easy to get an estimate and schedule the service.

Any way of giving CRM 10 stars!? They did a terrific job on the Hyundai. A great repair is kind of expected but CRM went over the top with their attention to the needs of me, the customer! You will not be disappointed with CRM, they are GREAT!

CRM is by far the best place I’ve taken my car to be fixed. It came back looking brand new!! Amazing customer service, they had it done so fast I couldn’t believe it. Everyone was so nice and that says a lot coming from a car repair shop. By far the best experience I’ve had. Hopefully I won’t need to have it fixed again but if I do, I’ll be going back to CRM

The guys did a great job on our Ranger truck. When we went up to get it, I had Chris look at my new Charger that someone had door dinged when we were on a trip. He polished it out so you hardly notice now. Thanks you Chris and your crew! Y'all will always get our work if we need more, thanks again!Services: Painting

Chris is mentally unstable and cusses the customers out on several occasions I’ve witnessed and been the one being cussed out.I wouldn’t recommend the shop I am currently having to take legal action against the shop after the extensive time it took to get my vehicle back. Upon getting it back it looks terrible and definitely not quality work!

Chris is a unhinged crazy personMy 2022 highlander was wrecked March 5 of 2023. I received it back in SEPTEMBER 6 months after having to contact police and go through a third-party, which was Toyota dealership to retrieve my carI had front end damage. It should've taken no longer than three months max (dealership confirmed something wasn't right) and they started on my car a week after having it (or so I was told) During the six months and few days that my car was at CRM COLLISION , I have been cussed out by Chris The owner. I have been told over 26 times that my car would be ready that day comes and goes in my car had not been ready. I had previously left a bad review, and then was told that my car would not be touched until the bad review was taken down. Chris is a married man and has made comments about my vagina shape in my pants. Has made comments after paying for a rental out-of-pocket because he yet again did not have my car ready that if he continued to pay for my rental, he would need to take me to the back room and work something out.Made several sexual advances that I had to casually brush off because he had control of my car . I have never had such a terrible experience. September 9, 2023 I finally have my car back!If you value your physical or mental health, do not go here I tried to support this body shop because it's a smaller body shop and instantly regretted it. I am currently working with Toyota to make sure all my parts are actually OEM parts and not aftermarket parts, I almost started to think that my car was a part of a chop shop if I didn't lay eyes on it. Quality is terrible Absolutely NO professionalismTruly feel bad for this man's wife I wonder how many woman have payed for their car with one of Chris's "arrangements" This shop is a joke! I truly feel bad for the manger who you can tell is trying to do his job under the circumstances.

Had an accident and went to the shop to get an estimate for the repairs. I heard great things and was recommended by my mechanic. I was told the quote will be sent to me via email on Friday afternoon, but I didn’t receive it. I called Tuesday morning and was told I will get it but still nothing. I called back Wednesday and again same thing and nothing. What a waste of time and disrespect to the clients.. Just be straight and honest and tell me when I am getting it or to go find someone else!

My Denali had quite a bit of damage from hitting a telephone pole. The team of people at CRM in moorsville do not miss anything. When I went to pick up my truck it actually looked better than when I bought it new. The owner, Chris and his staff Autum made me feel right at home from the start. Everyone else had month long wait time but Chris took the time to under stand my position and within 2 weeks my truck was back!!Service: Body & Trim
