Poor customer service. They have an excuse/story as to why 10 days after ordering I don't have my item. Take your business elsewhere they don't care to address your order. They make up an excuse and won't take the time to fix what they screwed up.

Professional up and coming company in the lacrosse world. These guys really knew what they were talking about and sorted me right out. I bought their net, their products are top quality! Will definitely be shopping with them again.

I have been extremely pleased with the outstanding service! I received our nets the next day. One of the three nets I ordered developed holes after only a few uses. An email and a picture and a new replacement net two days later. I cannot recommend Crankshooter enough.
