Great company and great products! Customer service is very quick to reply. The rebounder gets used by both my kids 5+ days a week, year round. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service. They have an excuse/story as to why 10 days after ordering I don't have my item. Take your business elsewhere they don't care to address your order. They make up an excuse and won't take the time to fix what they screwed up.
