I came to CPR they were recommended to me by another repair shop that didn’t have the parts I needed. Anthony was so helpful in fixing my phone and suggesting what type of screen to replace my broken screen with. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be back for any device issues I have in the future!

I had an amazing experience at CPR- Cell Phone Repair Mooresville! My iPhone X wasn’t allowing the charger to fit into the charging port, so I called them, and they told me to bring it in right away. When I arrived, they helped me immediately—no wait! They were upfront about the pricing, which was super reasonable, and told me it would be ready in about an hour.
When I came back, they explained that the charging port didn’t need to be repaired after all; something from another charger was just stuck inside. They could have easily told me they replaced it and charged me more, but instead, they were completely honest and genuine. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism.
I’ll definitely be coming back here when it’s time for a new phone. Highly recommend this place for their honesty and great service!

Phone wouldnt charge for months, brought it in to just get a price estimate for repairs, guy took it back cleaned the port and now it charges perfectly, and the guy didnt charge me a cent. Great business

The Apple store ran my phone through their "diagnostics" and said it was a $400 repair and potentially a new phone was needed!
CPR checked my phone and it was just a simple speaker line that became disconnected!!! They fixed it within the hour and saved me $400.. These guys are the best! Glad to see an honest business!!

I brought my iPhone that would not turn on in. They were able to diagnosis it as a software issue and get it back up and running in about 2 hours! They could have charged me for a battery, but were honest about what was wrong with the phone and how it was fixed. I would highly recommend this business.

Hardly seems worthwhile writing a review as they already have so many five stars.
On the off chance they need another, these guys are great. Go, fill yer boots.
Anthony and the guys bent over backwards to help get my stuff sorted when my phone died even going so far as to call the competition to see if they couldn't do it faster.
Definitely the place to go to for all your phone repair work.

My Google pixel 7 pros apps have been closing and "not responding" since Dec. I've had to do a factory reset several times. I took it to the geek squad and they tried to fix it but just did a factory reset. The guy told me to try CPR he said if they can't fix it you'll have to send it to Google. So my phone did the same thing and I took it to CPR. Victor and Bram are the BEST! They fixed it and I didn't have to send it to Google. Thank you so much Victor and Bram. Unfortunately my phone started doing the same thing. The apps "not responding" so I did ANOTHER factor rest.

I brought my phone in to replace the cracked screen. When I got back they told me that it was just the screen protector that was broken. They easily could've changed the screen and charged me but they didn't. They were honest and saved me $260.00. Thanks a bunch and I will always recommemd you guys for any cell phone repairs.
