I’m new to the area and was searching for groomers. I called on Monday for a last-minute appointment and they were able to fit me in later in the week. The staff, environment, and services were amazing! They left my Australian retriever smelling SO good!

My poor dog hasn’t been able to walk for 36 hrs because they cut too close. Needed to go to vet for infection.

This review is for Club Pups NOT MARKETPLACE GROOMING I see all these wonderful reviews.I called once and spoke to what sounded like a young girl, I asked for info on grooming and day care, she was going I have somone call me back. I have called back 4 times left messages and have NEVER received a call back. I'm wondering if they even check messages or are kids running this place Very disappointing for a business that had previously good reviews. Needless to say.. Found a WONDERFUL groomerCLUB 1 PUPS6 on Stutts Rd and.. I'll pass on doggie day care at this place..

We have taken our dog, Lacey, to Marketplace twice, and she is due for grooming again soon. They do a great job with her, and I am very happy with their services. Lacey looks great!

My dog used to put the brakes on and have to be dragged into the groomers. Once we started going here, that stopped. She walks in on her own just fine. And they take such good care of my pup! We have a new puppy and they were great with her for her first grooming experience too!

Tater tot has been going here since we moved to NC. If a regal child was stuck in a dogs body it would be my high maintenance pup. He can just be really shy and nervous. He went from being so nervous to running to the door with excitement. If his grandma saw how excited he got for his haircut she would genuinely get jealous because she doesn’t even get that level of happy. Tater always comes out perfect with the cutest scarf. Not only does your dog get a great haircut, but also a lot of love. For folks that have unique dogs highly recommend!

Awful experience when calling to inquire about my dog. Was called a b**** by Kristen, and the manager. They told me I need mental help because I called to inquire about my dog no acting right after being picked up. I stated he couldn't walk, and we had to take him to the Emergency room to find out that they were twisting the story and saying my dog was paralyzed. I have recording of all of it, if they will not accept accountabily I will make sure to post it. They put a choker around his neck after being asked multiple times to not do that. They never expressed that they had any issues when picking my dog up. Let me state That I was trying to call the correct Groomers to just be insulted I would never bring my dog here with the malicious customer service.

These girls did such a great job on my two goldens. They looked, smelled and felt so good and as an added bonus they were totally pooped after their fun day at the puppy spa! No issues with their skin afterwards either which is a big deal with my pups since they get skin problems easily. Really happy and will come back!

My dog looks great ,this was my first time and it was affordable and I think it was the best doggy haircut in Mooresville- I felt really comfortable with leaving him there.

I rescued the sweetest 4 year old Havanese pup, Jiggz. I didn’t know where to get him groomed, and I worried about him having a bad experience somewhere. I took him to Marketplace Grooming and he had a wonderful day. The ladies were great there! They were kind, compassionate, professional, and the business just had positive energy and a loving atmosphere. Jiggz looked so handsome, as well as made friends and had fun! He was such a happy, proud pup with his new haircut! Thanks ladies! We are coming back for the 2nd haircut soon!

This is the best cut Riki has ever had plus she did not have to be in a cage plus the owners are really sweet plus all the dogs are really happy... I highly recommend!
