Story time…… I have been in PAIN and unable to do my daily walks for a few weeks. I went to my podiatrist and he recommended for me to come here and find a comfortable walking shoe ?
I go today and met Sophie! She conducted my gait analysis and was knowledgeable of what shoe would work for me based on my gait results. We went 1/2 sizes up from the recommendation and that’s where we found my Cinderella shoe ? The best part is she chose shoes for me that was under my budget!!! Grace met with me and made sure I had a wonderful experience with Sophie! I will be back next week for my Cinderella shoes ? I hope they have a VIP club…. ?

Wife bought shoes here. Typically wears zero drop shoes because of back issues. They wouldn't know that because they didn't ask; just scanned her feet and sold her some Hokas with a large drop. Caused her sciatica to flare up after wearing them for a couple days. They refused to take them back in perfect shape. When she was sold the shoes, they told her the return policy was: Shoes – Take them for a spin. If you do not love them in the first 30 days, simply return them in their original box for an exchange or store credit. Any new and unused shoe in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.
Once she went back to actually exchange them, they pointed to this at the bottom of their returns policy on the website, which they neglected to mention prior to purchase:
We reserve the right to deny a request for a return or exchange at any time deemed necessary.
What an absolute sham of a return policy. Hope you like what they sell you, because you're stuck with them. If you're going to use your return/exchange policy as a sales tactic, honor it.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store.
I’ve dealt with three different employees here between two separate visits and every single one of them went above and beyond to help me.
All of them were incredibly patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful when I was trying to find the right shoe for my needs and my foot type. They took the time to sit with me as I tried on multiple shoes, sometimes more than once. Each time telling me different benefits of that particular shoe or recommending a different shoe based on my feedback.
When I say this is the only place I’ll purchase insoles or gym, running, walking shoes from I’m not kidding.
