My Husband and I have had the pleasure of being customers of this company, (Central Carolina, Mooresville, NC) for over 46 years. They have taken such good care of our needs in the Mooresville, NC office . When we call with questions, if they aren’t available, they always call us back promptly. For example today, I had a question and it was almost 5Pm, when I called. Chris was on another line and she called me back as soon as she could. At 5 pm on a Friday. She took the time to put my mind at ease, so I didn’t have to worry about it over the weekend. Thats dedication, putting the customer first. I also commend Christy as well, she answered a lot of my questions this afternoon as well. As long as we are driving, they will be our Automobile Insurance Company,“Great Job Guys” Keep being the caring, patient and kind people you are!!A very satisfied customer,Deborah Kutschenko

Sadly, on Friday, left message on machine for Lindsey, whom reception advised was at lunch. It's Tuesday. Still no response. Went elsewhere for my bundle.

I have called and spoke with the staff with Central Carolina Insurance Agency in Mooresville, NC several times before. They are rude over the phone, impatient, and talk in a demeaning tone every time I have spoken with them. I would not recommend this company. At the very least, I would recommend this company to hire new phone receptionists who know how to talk with people.

Won't insure at actual cost value which is the standard for home and cheaper for client. ACV is replacement cost - depreciation. If you want an insurance company that won't give you options and forces their more expensive Replacement Cost insurance on you than this is the company for you. I bought my house for 70k and they wouldn't insure it for under 165k lol, what a joke
