I am giving this Great Establishment 10 Stars!!! The Cigar selection is Awesome and the Staff are Amazing!!! Andy, Regina, and Rob are a Joy and know their Cigars, and exactly what Libation pairs well!!! Jason, Maggie, and Dave are Awesome Mixologists, and their Customer Service is Exceptional!!! The Store Manager Joanna is Awesome!!! My only suggestion would be longer hours, and Trivia/Game nights would be a Great Fun Addition!!!

Quality selection of cigars and service has always been great. Staff always asks if I need help and has given great recommendations off what I like. Great lounge if you plan to enjoy a smoke there as well.

Great experience at this JR lounge while in the area on business. Beer on tap, plus a decent spirit selection. Lots of cigar options to choose from at decent prices. Looks great inside. Chairs are very worn out and need to be replaced. I was here on a Wednesday and it closed at 9pm, which was disappointing. Our lounges in Orlando are open until midnight on Wed-Sat. But the server did let us order drinks and take them outside to the patio to have another stick after they closed.

Had a awesome time. The atmosphere was great and the drinks were as well. They had live music, a trombone player. He was wonderful.

By far the biggest (and best) cigar shop I have experienced! The huge humidor controlled cigar shop had the best selection of cigars in North Carolina. Beyond the cigar shop, this place has extensive seating, both indoor and outdoor, and a semi-private room, and a fully attended bar inside to boot. Can't wait to return!
