This place is genuinely amazing! The owner was super nice and polite the whole time and made it feel very welcoming! When purchasing and looking for my car, I dealt with Alex Lee. After looking I took a text drive and fell in love with it! Alex did everything he could to help me get my car! Super great, and respectable person to deal with! Alex was willing to go above and beyond in every way! I just wanted to say thank you for my new car! It's absolutely amazing so far!

Absolutely amazing. No pressure, felt like I was talking to a friend. This is the place to go to buy a used car. Alex got me into a golf gti and after a few fixes that they were willing to pay for. I was on my way. I even meet the owner and told him I'll see you in a few years to buy another. Period this is the place to go for a used car

Bought a 2013 Subaru Sti hatch in 2020 with a Carfax given to me saying the car was worth over $22,000, turns out I was given a false Carfax and it’s only worth $9500 and has a wreck on the title. And to make matters worse, the engine locked up not even 10,000 miles later. I only even figured out about this after I had taken it to a dealership to trade it in to get a truck for them to tell me my vehicle was only worth $9500 over a year and a half later. Would not recommend buying from here.Edit/Reply- I was told there was nothing you could do for me, I did not own the car when it was wrecked nor knew about this at the time of purchase because I wouldn’t have paid $22k for a car only worth $9500. The engine I had to pay for($14500) is worth more than the car.

I was in need of a new car recently, and found mine here at Carolina Family Motors! The sales team was very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. They let me test drive without riding along, and they answered all the questions I had about the history of the car to the buying and registering process. The car was very clean and taken care of. It was also a great price (especially for how pricey other used dealerships are) and low milage. CFM has a wonderful variety of cars on their lot to meet any car need you may have. If I know of anyone that is in the market for a quality used car, I know I will be sending them to Carolina Family Motors.

Super helpful, and easy to work with. They were willing to work with what I needed, and very low pressure talking me through parts I wasn't very familiar with. I got an OTD price immediately, and they got me better financing than I could find for myself.

We had such an amazing experience at this dealership! No hassle, very relaxed feeling. You don't have salesmen running after you chasing you down trying to sell you a car. We saw several we were interested in, one I really loved. Low mileage, great price. Went inside, asked to test drive. We noticed a couple very small issues with the vehicle (one being a broken ac vent in the back seat) during the test drive. Brought it to the dealers attn, he put it on the board immediately to be fixed. Told me they would call me when the small things were fixed, and if I was still interested come on up and see that they were fixed. A couple days later they called and said they were completed. I went up there and sure enough every little issue had been fixed. Bought the car the next day. I LOVE IT! low mileage, clean title, great price! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for a stress free, non time consuming car buying process! Felt no pressure from the beginning, and they get all of the financing done quickly. I will be getting my next car from them as well, and probably the one after that too haha.

great place to shop. low pressure sales method. but also very attentive to your auto needs as well. shopped online and everything went smoothly. when i tried out jeep gas was on empty. but was promptly reimbursed. jeep was detailed perfectly . entire staff friendly and accommodating. highly recommend

I worked with Paige and had a painless, seamless buying experience. I’ve had my car for 3 weeks now and couldn’t be happier. It was exactly as advertised and is driving like a dream. I appreciated how they went out of their way to make sure the car was clean before I even got there — they detailed it while I was on my way (I had to drive about 3 hours to get there). There was a young gentleman there (Bryan?) who seemed to be a real “car guy” and answered some of questions I had about buying my first sports car. Big shout out to the entire team there for helping me turn a longtime dream of mine into reality!

Recently bought a vehicle from this location. From the moment I walked into their building, the process was pleasurable. Alex in particular was awesome and ensured that we were happy with the purchase. I definitely plan to keep them in mind for any future car purchases. Great transaction. We found the car online, arranged for an inspection, purchased the car and had it shipped without leaving home. They were great to work with, did everything they said they'd do and we were very happy with the car.

Reading through the owner's description of this company definitely makes me want to say "are you kidding me?" Don't waste your time with this place. I was interested in a 2012 Mustang convertible, and they allowed me to take it to a Master -level mechanic to get an inspection before purchase. From day one, Alex was condescending and rude. I offered a fair out-the-door price and he laughed and said "we're not doing that." Fair enough. That's the game, and I understand. However, I went and picked the car up today to take to the mechanic. When I did, I jovially told Alex, "get ready to wheel and deal when I get back." He smiled, but when I continued "because I've done my homework and I know this car is marked up thousands of dollars" he frowned, immediately looked down at his phone. When I got back from the mechanic, Alex wouldn't even work with me but shoved me off on another salesman. My mechanic found the following legitimate items that should have been negotiated on:1. Tires were the original ones and had significant wear, to the point that my mechanic said they wouldn't last through the summer without being replaced. It was a $1K right there that should have been taken off the price of the car, but all they offered was to replace them with crappy tires.2. Car has been involved in some incident where the right light was replaced by Chinese parts and the paint was redone - this was not on the Carfax and Carolina Family Motors said they had no knowledge of it.3. Lower control arms have been replaced. Why? This is not a normal wear item. What happened that they needed replaced?4. Car has shield nuts with no shield on front.The price they were asking for OTD was 20,350. I simply asked for 19,000 OTD and Paige's response was "We don't wheel and deal here." So, this snarky response was a direct response from my comment an hour earlier to "get ready to wheel and deal." That's fine, but NEWSFLASH - you are in the CAR business (Even though your salesman, Alex, was dressed in a t-shirt and shorts). Car businesses are all about wheeling and dealing.Car buyers, do your homework on anything you look at prior to even going to the lot. They hate it when you are armed with knowledge. Don't waste your time here because apparently they don't know how the car business works. Fact - you aren't Carmax, which is one of the the only ones widely known to not haggle on price. Perhaps you should be upfront and let potential customers know that you aren't in the business of negotiation? It would have saved me a lot of time.

What a wonderful way to find the car you need or want! This place (Carolina Family Motors) is absolutely amazing!! They were not pushy, we looked around at the selection even though I already had my eye on a vehicle from their online site. I was also pre-approved through text before arriving.. what can we say, God lead us there! After we looked around they were ready to help us with a test drive. They are so polite!! They were also very busy and did not loose their cool!! The signing process was very easy and painless. No waiting hours as you would at other dealerships. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape loaded and I am in love with my new to me vehicle!! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. To me Customer Service is what it is all about and I give them 100% on that. Thank you Alex and Paige for a wonderful sale!! We will be returning Customers!!
