Worst body shop in the state!! Took 2 months to do a small repair. Then when picking up the car, they had missed half of the damage. Had to schedule another return visit. They had the car for another day and a half. Wife picked up the car, when she returned home much of the issues were still not fixed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We took our 2021 Buick Envision Avenir to Carolina Collision Center for repair and were very pleased with the result. We did have some initial communication difficulties with Craig. However, after Shawn became our contact person, we couldn't have had better service during the entire experience. She was so thoughtful, helpful, and prompt with her follow-up with us. Having worked for General Motors for 32 years, I was pretty knowledgeable as to how things should have been handled, and I give Shawn top marks in every category. We were well pleased with the work done and would certainly use Carolina Collision Center again should the need arise.

I took my ford F250 into this shop last week because my blinker was clicking too fast which usually means a bulb out (I brought it in last month for the same thing and they said it was fine). They now diagnosed it and said it was a Cyliniod that would be $300 but warranty was out. I brought it to Honest Auto Repair. They did a safety check and found a light bulb was out and they replaced it for free. I would be very careful to use this sort of dealership for auto repair.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t award 6 stars. Repairs after car accidents are never fun, but Mooresville did a great job of estimating, helping out with a loaner and getting the repair done quickly and within budget. Thanks to the team for a great experience!Service: Body & Trim

Mooresville Ford Body Shop recently completed repairs on two vehicles for us. Their work was very well done and timely on both repairs. Many thanks to Craig Pearch and the body shop team for the great work and special thanks to Shawn Karl for all her help with communicating the work schedule, status reports and helping us with rental car arrangements and pick up. We had an excellent experience with this team! Thanks again!Service: Body & Trim

I was able to get my car in for an estimate quickly. Once my Insurance carrier accepted the quote, I had to wait for a few weeks to get scheduled for repair. Once I was scheduled, the process was quick and professional. My car looks new again after the accident. The front staff are excellent and very friendly and accommodating. My body shop advisor was Craig and he did a great job with the estimate as well as final repair.Service: Body & Trim

quick lube, service department; potatoes, other potatoes... The story I heard is that long ago a thought was thunk to construct stand-alone buildings to handle the basic service needs of the motorcrafting public: oil changes, tires, headlights and that sort of thing. the idea was to provide expedited service while keeping the dealerships uncluttered... except that the dealers just sort of merged the quick service concept into their existing properties, facilities, and staff and here we are with a slightly improved customer experience at the same old place... so you pull up and a service writer comes out to discuss your needs. simple requests are handled quickly and competently by trained professionals in the comfort of a FoMoCo dealership. have a look around and consider replacing your current ride... that's why you're here, isn't it? my NC vehicle inspection took maybe twenty minutes while I waited in the spacious comfort of Mooresville Ford looking at some new cars and a couple of pre-owned in between sampling the Wi-Fi. Hard to complain so I won't.

4 day repair job took 3 weeks. They stated the parts didn’t come in on time but why schedule it before parts. Completely unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim

Went in to get some moulding around the wheel wells replaced. I can't prove it, but I'm pretty sure they damaged the hinges on my door. There is a noticeable gap between the door and the moulding that wasn't there when I brought it in, and my door is much harder to close now. The door also makes an audible creak, which wasn't happening prior to bringing it in to them. They offered to fix it for another $100, which I declined. If you take your vehicle there be sure to take a lot of pictures as proof.
