I am an older adult and care for my special needs adult son. Cannon Pharmacy has been a lifesaver for our family. We both have mobility issues and Cannon offers delivery. I didn't believe there were any family pharmacies left until I found Cannon. The staff is always polite and professional and go out of their way to help. Sometimes I have my prescriptions delivered and other times I go to the pharmacy just because I enjoy seeing the staff and speaking to them. I would not think of going anywhere else.

This pharmacy earned my business last weekend. I called them Saturday, just 30 minutes prior to them closing, to inquire about an antibiotic for my ill child. My pharmacy did not have it in stock but instead of finding a solution they left me an automated message stating the medication would be in this week. An angel named Dorothy answered my call and was exceptionally helpful. She asked for basic information and told me to head to the pharmacy and my transfer would be completed and prescription ready. Although it was time for the pharmacy to close, my child received his medication, including staff taking the time to add Tylenol to my order. I am thankful for the kindness and compassion from this pharmacy and this is now the pharmacy my family will patronize. Thank you Cannon Pharmacy!

I have a special needs son with severe ADHD and was recommended this pharmacy for his medication. Called to check if they had it in stock and they do however I was denied service because they don’t accept new patients for “this medication”. This is extremely prejudice for a pharmacy that coins it self as being “your hometown drugstore” to deny a child from its town. Very disappointed

I recently needed a prescription that has become very hard to find. Cannon had it in stock but would not sell to me unless I transferred all of my other medications to them. I live just across the big bridge on 150 and my Walgreen's is maybe 5miles away. Why would I drive the HWY150 suicide trail every time I needed something from one of my doctors. I ended up having to drive 4 miles south of Gastonia to find my meds. Kiddos to Jessie at Walgreens/Maiden for all of the hard work finding my meds and getting the doctor to send new scripts.

I am a Cannon Pharmacy Mooresville Client and am thrilled with the Mooresville staff. They go above and beyond for me every time I enter the pharmacy. Saturday there was an issue with one of my prescriptions and Ryan Y and Matt worked tirelessly to try to get the medicine that I needed ordered. What other pharmacy will do that for a customer? NONE!!!! Jordan, Ryan Y, Matt, Sara, Chloe, Erica and ALL of the staff in Mooresville are SUPERB employees and should be recognized for their outstanding customer service. The pharmacists are always very helpful when needed and the staff are amazing! Always friendly and actually don't mind finding answers concerning ins or dealing with your doctors, (which we all know is a pain in the...) they figure it out and get it handled. Can't ask for more! Hands down the best pharmacy around!

Staff was extremely rude, I waited in line and another person walked up and was waited on before me. I had one person ask for my name, one bring me the medicine and one take my money. I asked the price and was told the cost of each. When, the next person was taking my money, I was not given a total so, I asked how much and the person said "I thought she told you already". I had never had this medicine before and was not given any information about it. Even, after asking for an information sheet.I have used this pharmacy for years but, will not be going back.* In response you would be 100% wrong. I told the person waiting on me that I never had that medicine before and asked for some information. Then, I said that I guess I would have to Google it. Since, there wasn't any attached to my bag. I was never asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacist even, after expressing concerns about a new medicine.

About 3 years ago I went to Canada pharmacy was getting my prescription failed. Then they told me my doctor was getting investigated by DEA and I wouldn't be able to get my prescription filled there anymore so I. Moved on then I was having problems with getting my prescription filled again. By a year or so later called cannon pharmacy. They said yeah they'd be able to fill it so Had my doctor send it over and then about 15 minutes later. They called me and said they wouldn't be able to fill it which ended up being a nightmare because I was out of my medicine and it was a. Friday I had to wait till Monday to get it transferred to another pharmissy. Then again I was having problems getting my prescriptions filled called cannons because my friend said he was getting his filled there and he just started a couple months. Prior to that so I figured there's something new patients so I called them and they said sure have your doctor? Forward your prescription and we'll fill ithe next day when I went to go get it. They said they can't fill it and they're not accepting any new customers. I just thought that was not very nice. Under any circumstances. Now I have done everything that the system has wanted me to do. I don't look forward to the next couple days because I'm not gonna go out and do the wrong thing. I'll just have to suffer. I guess if this helps anybody then I have succeeded. I just tired. And not very enthused way the world's turning today. The way everything is our future doesn't look very good.

Ive heard good things about this pharmacy, but for the last several years I have been trying to join as a patient and keep getting denied due to the medication I am on. I understand their is a limit that a pharmacy can order but after trying to join for so long you would think that I would be added to like a list or something. I struggle every month to find my medication and thats where Cannon comes in. Just want to know what I have to do to join. Ive heard of some patients getting off the medication and therefore leaving Cannon and I jump to try and sneak in but still nothing.

I would like to publicly thank Cannon Pharmacy for the stellar customer service. They have gone above and beyond to help me fill a difficult to get medication. I am from Statesville and not convenient to Cannon, but I can guarantee you that I will use them anytime I am in the area and will speak of the great service to all of my friends.
