Be aware before purchasing... All sales are final. Sadly, they will not assist you with damaged furniture. Unlike other furniture stores that will work with the manufacturer the Brawley group doesn't want to be bothered even if you purchased over $10,000 in goods and only a couple of pieces had issues. It's sad because we would've continued to purchase from Brawley as we really had an exceptional buying experience. Plus they are a local business which we like to support. We ordered the same pieces from another local furniture store and they arrived in perfect shape. The other furniture store was shocked they made me keep a damaged piece that has four different leg lengths and a chip out of the corner edge of the top.

WOW! I can't believe I waited so long to go into this store. Angie walked us through my extreme indecisiveness. We have an odd shaped living room. The couches we got are amazing and exactly what we needed! It was so refreshing to go into a mom and pop shop and know they really cared about what we needed. We are in love with our new living room. The delivery was great and faster than we expected, they even took our old couch. I highly recommend this store!

I have been a long time customer of Brawley Furniture, but after today’s experience I will never set foot back in their store again. After reading other complaints on line of the obnoxious and rude customer service other people received when they had an issue with their purchases, it’s very clear that the owners and sales reps of the store will hold no accountability for any mistakes on their part or poor customer experiences. The arrogance they exude through their responses to their negative feedback online clearly represents a lack of professionalism and experience with good customer relations. In a nutshell, my order came in defective and they tried to rectify it with a replacement that the manufacturer sent them that was not like what I had originally ordered. It was also damaged by the delivery people when delivering it to my home. I attempted emails and phone calls to their store to express my dissatisfaction, but my emails were ignored and when speaking to both Haley and Angie over the phone they were very rude and treated my issue as if insignificant and not knowing how to resolve the matter. I made one last attempt to go to the store to speak with Haley and discuss other options, but I was in essence ganged up on and berated by Haley, Angie and their delivery man while their brother and husband sat quietly in the background never once trying to help the situation. They all spoke to me with appalling disrespect acting as if this was my issue to swallow and there was nothing they could do to appease me. I especially was amused by Haley and her stupid, inane remarks trying to deflect from the problem at hand and stating that “there’s so many horrible things going on in the world that I should be more concerned with what’s happening in the media than being dissatisfied with my table”. Their behavior was condescending and unconscionable and they should not be in business and dealing with customers especially since they only seem to be able to handle positive transactions. They become defensive and demeaning the minute there’s an issue and would rather lose a loyal customer of 15 years than deal with a problem like mine in a professional and satisfactory manor. It is evident that they do not value their repeat customers and all they care about is the mighty dollar. Buyer Beware, go somewhere else.

Brawley Furniture is amazing! The salespeople were so patient with me as I needed almost an entire bedroom set. The delivery guys were nice, clean, and quick while also taking their time to make sure everything was right and where you wanted it. I received my furniture on time and on the same day I purchased it. I highly recommend Brawley Furniture in Mooresville!

Brawley Furniture rocks! Haley is the best! I have bought my beds here. This time, she helped me find the perfect piece of furniture for my living room. She went above and beyond customer service with researching prices, showing swatches of color, measurements and brands to help me choose the best fit for me. It is always a great experience here with this family owned business. I highly recommend coming here for your home needs!

We were so pleased with Brawley furniture and their customer service was excellent!! My husband and I purchased a couch and a chair. We were so happy with the many color choices to choose from and I was excited to know it was products made in America. They have many furniture pieces to fit any style. Go check them out in downtown Mooresville NC.

Great from start to finish! Rodney helped us and was respectful, knowledgeable, and gave us options. We left satisfied and was also accommodating for delivery , and delivery was great. No pressure , no persuasion! I've learned early in life, some people just can't be satisfied no matter what. So, I went in to see for myself as to what some of the fuss was from reviews, and were pleasantly satisfied thus far. On question would be that we overheard no return policy and nothing was mentioned . Mattress may be different. It does have a 5/5 yr warranty so....Sorry, I just don't give 5 stars to anyone. Thanks Rodney!!

I would like to say thank you Brawley furniture for the great service I received today. I walked in , told them what I required and needed. IT took a little over a hour to find the perfect dresser & chest set. And even then it wasn't in stock, so they ordered it. The best family owned company in Mooresville. I'll be back, that's for sure.

Absolutely shocking how aggressively disrespectful the Brawley Furniture employees treated my wife and I today when we returned to the store to discuss the mattress that they delivered and the floor model that we made our purchase based on. Never in 43 years of being in customer service have we ever treated anyone the way that the Brawley Furniture employees treated us nor has any other business ever treated us so arrogantly in a business transaction.

Went into Bradley Furniture with my fiance on a whim after passing it SO many times. Excellent quality furniture, incredible prices, good selection. Family owned & operated for more than 50 years. Everyone was very helpful (and we really had no idea what we wanted so I'm sure we were driving them crazy). Will definitely be buying as much as possible from them!

Special ordered office desks from one of there catalogs and it came in months earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise! The desks are beautiful, and much better than I could have expected! Brawley came out and moved these desks in my office and were so very professional! Love Brawley and shop with them often. Go in and ask for Haley! #supportlocal

We just moved to Statesville from Atlanta. Sold our old furniture ... began our search in Hickory ... overwhelmed by size and layout ... underwhelmed by prices ... came home empty handed. Our daughter said check out Brawleys in Mooresville. We did. No pressure ... nice people ... great selection ... cool building and atmosphere. We found and ordered a sofa, loveseat, kitchen table and chairs, dining room suite and accent table. Went back and bought a matress. They delivered it today ... determined we didn't need the box springs ... they called the owner ... he gave us credit ...they set it up ... just as nice and friendly as the folks at the store. I love the old school invoices ... handwritten ! We couldn't be happier and look forward to many years of being very satisfied customers !

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from this place. We were never asked if we needed help until we went looking for someone after about 30 minutes of looking in the store. A helpful representative did help us select the set of furniture we wanted and arranged for delivery. On the day of delivery I called on confirmed delivery. I was told it was on the truck and inbound. Several hours went by and no furniture. I called and was advised that I was the last stop on the route. Finally I called again before closing and was advised to call their delivery service directly. I called 4 times and received no answer on each call. The next day I called to see where my order was and was told to just call the delivery people. Unacceptable since I paid them to work for me. Delivery showed up and the driver cursed me and my wife before leaving. They took the furniture back to the store. I asked the store to send a different company out with my delivery and they just told me that they were going to refund my money and not do business with us.
