This place is a joke...have tried to come in several times during posted buisness hours (open sign is on too) only to find doors locked. Today they have a cash only sign....getto as hell.

This is one of those side shops that not authorized dealers. They seem hungry for a buck and mark up the priced. I had an issue and I was forced to go there but now that I been and after what I had experienced in dealing with them, I will drive the extra miles to spend my money. They are good if you only want accessories, and not competent service.

Reyna was extremely helpful, she showed me all the deals at first I wouldve been spending 500 she got me down to 100 I recommend this store anyway and I will be back.

Went in today to switch my service. Reyna is amazing! She was multitasking the entire time being the only worker with several customers in the store. She was taking calls from other stores who needed help all while giving her in store customers great service. Very friendly and positive. She is a great face of the location and company. Thanks so much!

I agree about the negative comments at th E. Plaza Dr. location. Very cold & UNFRIENDLY. I was going to west plaza location. Muhammed was GREAT, but unfortunately he had to leave. Then the guy that took over was great also, but he was transferred to Concord. He is also good, but I'm not sure where he is located. HELP !

Worst store ever me and my roommate tried to switch from boost to metro PCs and now they are having issues posting the number over to metro PCs what the hell. Never had access my account to boost and they never helped me.

We tried to add my wife on my phone plan and paid 400$ to but their employee Jairl didn't even activate her phone an charged us a "setup fee" after doing absolutely nothing...This place is a scam never go here.

I have never had such a negative experience in my life with any phone company. I bought my phone from the Boost store an the woman wanted to have my phone to do the install. I agreed an told her I had a 128gb SD card that I wanted to carry over to the new device in which she nodded and said come back in fifteen minutes. When I got my phones back neither of them had the SD card in it and she denied that I ever had one in there, which I had. Then the auto pay took too many payments two months in a row and they refused to give me my money back. Aside from the horrible customer service, and the horrible reception. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER! THEYRE CROOKS

Man rolled his eyes at me when I asked him to put my new SIM card (required by Boost mobile) in my phone. He told me he was going to charge me $25 and was nasty to me when I said Boost never mentioned that. He ended up not charging because computer told him it was free for me. If you're not Hispanic you're not wanted in this store.

I was there today for an upgrade. I was early, 9:30am, because Boost website says they're open at 9am. The sign on their door said 10am..so I waited. 10:08....no lights, door was locked. No one opened up....so I left. I've used Boost Mobile for 5+ years. No more. I'll spend my money somewhere else...where they're respectful & open when they Say they're opening. I don't have time to waste.
