Expired food. Check all dates. If you are looking for gut busting vomiting and/or diarrhea, shop here and blindly choose your packs of perishables. However, if you prefer to eat food that has not rotten, check the dates EVERY time before you put them in your cart. Heaven help you if you order curbside pick up. Your items will conveniently arrive with a smile, but you will be mystified as you behold your obviously moldy cheese in a clear package, wondering how the lovely attendant who kindly and carefully packed it into your minivan could have possibly done something like this to you. BJs is an excellent choice if you are trying to call in sick to work and you would like to be sincere when you speak with your boss. Your boss will hear your gurgling gut busting over the phone, and no questions will be asked. By using curbside pickup you may avoid coronavirus, but you're rolling the dice with salmonella, E. Coli, and listeria. And yes, I have spoken with BJs about this issue as it has occurred on numerous occasions. And no, they are not interested in selling fresh meat or dairy items. On the bright side, they do have a nice selection of adult diapers.

We used to enjoy going to BJ's but today my 5 year old was treated rudely by a person giving out samples. She was busy sitting and reading her newspaper, guess he interrupted her. She rolled her eyes and told him not to touch anything, my son who is an adult was with him. Not sure why they wound have one so unkind in a customer service position??? We're done with that location.

I enjoy visiting BJ's. Primarily, to fill up the car with their best-priced gasoline! In the area, no one beats BJ's and this suits my budget. When I go inside to browse the isles, there are always tempting new items to add to my cart. There are drinks, snacks, fresh vegetables and fruits, meats, wine, and they even have some clothing items for kids, men, and women. I picked up a nice swimsuit this week. The self check-out helps me get out in a jiffy. The one thing missing here is a snack bar. There is none so don't go hungry!

Costco opens soon! The customer service has got to be better. June 26, 2019. Should be easier to get in and out of compared to BJ's location.

I'm a big fan of BJs. In fact, when we had a Sam's Club come to town, I checked it out and it simply doesn't touch BJs. BJs may have a bigger challenge when Costco opens next year. I pay for an annual membership but quite frankly only buy a few items from BJs. They do have some good deals on electronics. I like their coffee where they have a brought selection and very reasonable pricing. Their mixed greens/kale comes in a big container and is good. Their deli meats are quality and substantially less in price than at regular grocery stores. We love to get the Cornish hens and steelhead trout to grill. Is also a great place to find lamb shanks.

It might not be a sound idea to purchase your tires here. After checking on the Mooresville Store's website I found the brand & matching tire size & proceeded. to the store purchase & have the tires installed. At first the Tire Manager told me they didn't carry the brand of tire I wanted. Then, when I pulled up their Store's website on my phone, he said "Oh, we do have them but we need to order them& make an appointment to install them." I said okay & as he was writing up the bill, told me there would be an extra $60 charge to install them. I then showed him their advertisement for that tire which showed free installation. He then aid " Okay!" and finished my bill. After paying, I asked for my receipt, but he said, "We don't give receipts.' I then said, "You are kidding!" and had to resort to using my cellphone to take a picture of the transaction. After being called when my tires had arrived, I made the first available appointment for the day, but upon arriving was told it might take up to 1 1/2 hours to have them installed. I replied "1 1/2 hours for 4 tires?!" So I went into the Warehouse & returned at 11:30 AM to find my car on the rack w/ all the wheels removed. He then state he was the only employee working & was responsible not only for tire work, but for propane filling & working the front desk! I then asked him how much longer it might be & he stayed at least 1 hour. I am now up to 2 1/2 hours & he has just informed me one of the tires is not going on straight & he needs to call in his Manager for help. Upon arriving & after more time for inspection the Manager informed me that although the sizes matched, for some reason they did not fit & would have to give me a refund and reinstall my old tires! After complaining to the Manager that the Tire Worker/ Mgr needed more help & it wasn't right for him to be saddled with so much work for one person, he agreed & then arranged to give me another brand for a comparable price. I am hoping at this point to someday return home with some new tires!

Bought tires from them, got the balancing and rotation with them. I have two new tires on one axle and older but still good ones on the other. I told them specifically to keep the tires on the same axle and simply swap them to the other side. They failed to do this. I told them to balance it at the same time when I was first there. They failed to do this too as I could feel the vibrations, and I had to drive it back. Man there said, "oh you need them balanced". What made you figure it out, Sherlock? The first time I said it or the second?
