I was really looking forward to splurging on a haircut from a professional stylist that enjoys cutting thick/long hair. My stylist was a bit rough and seemed to be annoyed by my thick hair. I paid a lot more than I normally do for haircuts and I was expecting to love it and actually feel like I got a haircut. I felt like my hair pretty much looked the same. I had a picture for inspiration and my stylist commented "just like the picture" when she was done. I honestly didn't think she was finished and surprised that she did it all so quickly...it almost seemed like she was over it and wanted to do the least amount of work for the highest charge. I won't be back again. I'm disappointed. Below is a photo of the inspiration I showed her and how my hair actually looked (in purple shirt.)

Marissa is just the greatest! She gives the best hydrafacials. My skin has never looked better! We have great skin care conversations. She also wrote down a full skincare routine morning/night for me. She always has recommendations on products to use and she takes her time to explain them to me. I will be sending referrals to you. Thank you ❤️

Such a great 1st visit! Everyone was so nice & engaging. I loved the fact that Shane and another stylist told me about new/updated Aveda products. Shane made me feel welcome, and he took his time to see exactly what I was looking for with my haircut. I am so happy because I’ve been looking for a “home salon” for 5 years. I will def be back!

Kahlie was a great esthetician, the sauna was warm and delicious, the salon is well kept and frequently updated
