This location really sucks. We moved to Mooresville over 2 months ago. My account wasn't active for a while but I did explain that I was actively looking for a job so I can make a deposit in my account so they don't close it. I'm pretty sure they knew that but they still closed it. I only found that out today. It got closed on the 5th and I told the teller that I was unaware of this cuz I have a really busy schedule so I don't have the time to constantly check my phone to make sure my account is active. Then she said that I'll have to open up a new account so I asked her if I could and she said that I couldn't. She said that it takes 10 minutes to open up an account. I got there a little after 4:45 PM so I'm pretty sure there was enough time to open an account. I kept explaining to her that I have a really busy schedule and that I can only come in on the weekend but she referred me to the Williamson location. I told her that the location is a little too far for me but she really didn't care. She kept repeating that since my account was inactive for longer than 45 days that they had to close it. So I just said thank you kinda angrily and as I walked away I said that this is a stupid system and walked out the door very angry. The whole ride home I kept thinking like wtaf is wrong with this person? You can't just spare an extra 10 minutes to help someone? What kind of world do you live in where it's like you're wasting 10 minutes of your life that you'll never get back. It's 10 damn minutes. It's not like you work that hard anyways. You're on your feet and you type some stuff in. At least you get to sit down once in a while. You don't know the definition of hard work. When I got out of the bank I noticed a couple cars at the drive thru. I checked the time and it was about 5:00. Then I thought wow so you can't spend 10 minutes to help me but you could help these other people. I wanted to walk back in there and give this lady a piece of my mind but I didn't. I stayed calm and moved on. But if I was in her shoes I would definitely help someone out. I mean I do that all the time. I stay an extra hour sometimes just to help clean up at school for one I need more hours and two I love helping people and pushing myself. I am never using this location or bank ever again.

These people dont seem to care less what happens to your money . I had a truist credit card . It was an old secured cared that I've had since I was much younger. I noticed every month the rules on paying the bill were changing and I was never told about them so out of frustration I closed out the card so I could have my money back my . That money never came they showed it in a savings account that I no longer have access to

I had 7 bank accts that were compromised and had to be closed and new accts opened. Kathy S. At Main Street Mooresville was amazing. Worked nearly all day on my accts and got us up and going! Main Street is going to be my go to in the future. The drive through teller is also an amazing associate. They are both the best and very knowledgeable.

Excellent service!! We were alerted about a fraud attempt on our accounts. Kathy Sherrill spent most of her afternoon tracking information and changing our accounts for our protection. The staff is great on a normal day but yesterday we were given superior service. Thank you!!

Atmosphere is always pleasant! I had a issue with my account. Kathy Sherrill at the Main st location which is not the location I visit,handled the problem expeditiously! She was Awesome !

Kathy Sherrill at the Truist Bank on Main Street in Mooresville is FABULOUS! I fell for a scam but caught it before I lost all my money, I called Truist Fraud Department and they did nothing. I went to the branch and was fortunate enough to get the best banker I have dealt with in a long time. Kathy was able to close my account and open a new one. Kathy was extremely knowledgeable and even joked with us while we were there. I am so very thankful for Kathy.

Great hometown branch… teller knows most all of her clients…. Doesn’t pull the shade near as much as she use to, and it’s ALWAYS smiling…. Does talk a little much which holds up the line but peeps don’t seem to mind. A Definite recommend..

My experiences with Truist are great. And my favorite Person there to deal with is Kathy Sherrill. She is absolutely fantastic and helps me at anytime. Highly recommend!!!
