We were in the area & I needed a battery for my watch. I had no idea, batteries plus offers a lot more than batteries…..they have bulbs lighting, and even phone repair.
There were a few people ahead of us, but I’d say it moved fairly quickly and they got the job done in an efficient manner.
We happened to have our son’s vehicle- he is studying abroad and we were having it maintained at the dealership nearby- Batteries Plus even tested his car battery completely free of charge! Nice!

Went there for a key fob programing and later found out that they don't have a clue of doing it. They did however charged $90 for the service they couldn't program. The reason is that the software that they use do not have "Nissan" listed. They should know this before they charged me. To make matters worst I only received partial refund.

I purchased a battery for the cyber key to my boat storage. We have to have the keys reprogrammed every year @ this time so it’s advised to replace the battery first before because if the battery dies we would have to have it reprogrammed again after a new battery was installed. After having the store replace the battery I took the key to be reprogrammed but it was discovered the new battery was weak so I took it back to the store with my receipt and they would not replace it! Unacceptable that they will not stand by their products! Customer service and standing behind your product is key to a successful business, I’m also a business owner and live by these standards! To bad Batteries Plus does not but I will never go back again! I ended up at Lowe’s to get another battery and they were half the price! Yes the same Duracell battery!

Awful customer service. When I spoke to manager to let her know while I wasn't going to use their service (we ended up at Huntersville location), I wanted them to know the treatment received over the phone.
That was 50 minutes ago...less than one hour.... And 6 calls from different people from THAT LOCATION have called since. Left voicemails letting me know who they were so no question... Even a blocked number. What REPUTABLE COMPANY DOES THIS?!
Go elsewhere!!! Head to Huntersville if needing Batt Plus, but this location is HORRIFIC.

New battery install with removal of old battery and corrosion cleanup were done in a timely manner. Scheduled the appointment the night before and they got the service done in around 10 minutes. Great employees.

Great communication, excellent customer service, and overall pleasant experience with purchase and installation of new car battery. Placed my order online and upon arrival at the store I was immediately attended to.Note: location of Mooresville, NC store is a bit hidden but with a quick phone call I was directed right to it!

The staff at the store are under trained and the inventory systems is very poor.- Don't expect them to have what you want (even if it says it is on the website and you have placed a paid order).- Don't expect them to call you or email if an order comes in.Just go somewhere else.

The associates were knowledgeable and helpful! Also, an associate went above and beyond by waiting for my husband who left his cell phone! Definitely going back!
